To be fair, Jollifant was right Anxiety. You seem to be using this BB to cross ramp other shares. Met1 has little or no outstanding Warrants now, so last year’s shenanigans are history and as Jolly says, Warrants are just another way of raising funds for FMET in order to bolster the company's financial position and support ongoing tailings project work. MET1 shareholders will benefit in the long run being invested in FMET, so no sweat. As you’re not invested in MET1 it won’t make any difference to you anyway.

Only a matter of time. When the news lands, good luck buying in at anywhere near these prices ….

I think you’re getting your knickers in a bit of a twist. This was agreed at the GM on 30th Jan and the awards come with conditions and in tranches. I like the sound of the condition for tranche 2, which states that the award is conditional upon the market capitalisation as at 31 December 2026 being at least 50% higher than the market capitalisation as at 2 January 2026 and shall exclude the impact of any Equity Issues in the period.

The directors have to be paid somehow and we don’t know what goes on behind the scenes. However, if they can make me a ten bagger in a couple of years (or less hopefully), I’m cool with their equity award.
