Bmr wont be able to relist as you need a director of 3 years in the company. You have said this yourself. Why then would you want to remove him if the result was liquidation of the company. There is something sinister at play in the watch.

Nick just stated he never voted as he was never given the chance. Did you put to a vote in the bmrwatch group whether the whole group wanted to take action against bmr or was it only a handful of shareholders who took it upon themselves to take action and say it was from bmrwatch.

Nick if i understand you correctly it was a handful of shareholders at bmrwatch that undertook this action and when bringmyreward says it was bmrwatch in fact that is a lie as it was only a few with large shareholdings that wanted to liquidate bmr. Why did bringmyreward say it was bmrwatch when that isn't true.

Bringmyreward you have a shocking reputation on here and have been accused of telling lies with your secret phone calls to borrelli. Now the bmrwatch come up with the idea of liquidating there own investments by removing borrelli. I cant blame nick as he didn't vote he said. Surely sticking your nose into areas where you don't understand can have the opposite affect. I don't blame jubilee I wouldn't want a bunch of moaners causing issues for jubilee. You must of voted for an egm if your in the bmr watch bud. Maybe you didnt vote but the rest of them voted. Bmr would have been liquidated if the egm went ahead.

If bmr go bust the licenses are revoked. Jubilee will then have to apply for ownership. Jubilee have not aquired eml yet

Klueless how many in the BMR Watch are invested in Jubilee. I would guess the in the know crew who came up with the egm strategy were most likely selling jubilee shares as jubilee would be impacted if bmr went bust.

Rosewall i agree with you. Jubilee saved bmr from going under. Bmr shareholders are kidding themselves on. Was it not the case the govt had revoked there licenses

Nick are you in the watch. I know a few guys in there who are fed up with the autocratic approach by the committee leaders. They nearly liquidated the company by there ill thought actions. Im sure there heart is in a good place but there actions are deranged

BMR Watch called for a General Meeting and the removal of borrelli. They had to cancel that as the removal of borrelli was impossible. I was told they nearly liquidated Bmr. There not the brightest guys running that group lol

Jubilee share price was 4.5p now 3.86p. Thats a crash to me. Possible reason was BMR Watch have been looking to liquidate BMR which would impact Jubilee as we are 30% owners. BMR watch seem to be run by fools.
