Kabwe now looking like a real drag on the shareprice. The Zambia Govt will be furious with Coetzer and Bird in there lack of action at Kabwe. The Govt feel they have been taken as mugs again. The Govt will now be looking at possible revoking of Jubilees licenses imo. The same thing happened to Bmr lack of action the licenses were revoked and then returned with tough conditions of production within a year. 2 years later jubilee have done nothing. History repeating itself at kabwe. I suspect jubilee wanted the refinery more than they wanted the dumps. The cadastre will be furious and this could potentially be disasterous for jubilee.

The problem of which i alerted shareholders to the fact nothing is being done at Kabwe. Colin bird and jubilee have not only screwed over bmr but they have screwed over the cadastre as well. This is the 4th time the mining ministry have looked like idiots. Jubilee are now under pressure to deliver or they will lose the licenses. Luanshiya dumps are shockingly poor grade. Jubilee remind me of bmr years ago. As far as bmr are concerned the royalty seems to be something that will never deliver.

Merlin I agree with you. Its clear Colin Bird has been the mastermind behind bmrs downfall. Look at Kabwe not one ounce of zinc and lead produced. Borrelli had no chance. Jeremy hawk absolutely useless . Bmrwatch should on there twitter announce that they officially back relisting but they wont because they dont believe in relisting. As long as there is division between shareholders colin bird will do nothing and wait for our demise. Bring if you want to relist why dont you officially announce it to shareholders. This will be a major positive and a big message to bmr/jubilee. This will speed up any deal that bird has in mind. If you dont get behind relisting the royalty will be sold for little to nothing.

Borrelli may personally want to relist but he aint going out there making a deal. Its colin bird holding the cards in that dept. Cb needs to be pressured into a deal and a good deal. Borrelli is incapable to find another deal to relist. While the criticism is pushed on him Colin Bird majority shareholder is rubbing his hands with glee. Direct your questions and criticism to Colin bird ( jubilee). There are heaps of opportunity in Zambia and elsewhere. We have a huge shareholding base this is attractive to him but he also see's division and will use that division for his advantage. If bmrwatch dont get behind relisting bmr will fold. Royalty will be sold for peanuts to colin bird. Thats not a threat that will be fact. We cannot let them push that final nail in the coffin. I say to bmr watch send an email to borrelli and bird and say we have changed our position and back relisting asap but the deal must be worthy. Do that and we can hold them to task. Division will be exploited and we will lose everything

When Zambia go into lockdown and unemployment rises and revenues decline do you think the ZG will raise taxes on the mining companies. As in the UK this Govt will raise taxes the ZG will penalise mining companies as that is there main income streams as we seen after 2008

This virus hasn't even hit Africa in a bad way yet. Zambia just have a few cases. Kabwe will be lockdown and may never process anything for some time. This will cost jubilee millions.

Why is administration a lie

I will tell you the bmrwatch plan. They call borrelli a thief. They will tell bmr shareholders they tried there best. They will buy more jubilee shares. They will forget the past few years.

We have a deal in place. Why the fk in the coronavirus nightmare where people are losing jobs that the committee want to pile more misery on people by losing there money. When he resigns and places the company into administration what is the bmrwatch plan

Before he resigns he will carryout one last task in that he will place the company into administration. Are you aware he has that power being a private company. The committee members are supposed to protect there own members investments not lose it.

If the bmrwatch committee do not understand that if there is a threat of borrelli resigning that colin bird will not sign off on the deal. Why do they not understand that. Why ask for an egm when coronavirus will be killing people. Why not drop the demand for an egm allow time for the deal to be announced and lets not allow borrelli to resign walk free and pick up aload of bmr assets.

WHAT THE COMMITTEE WANT TO DO IN RESOLUTION 1 IS TO REMOVE BORRELLI. IN RESOLUTION 2 3 AND 4 THEY WANT TO ELECT 3 MEMBERS FROM BMRWATCH ONTO THE BOARD. PMSL NOW LETS SEE IF ANYONE CAN SPOT THE SERIOUS FLAW IN THAT PLAN
