HE WILL PLACE BMR INTO ADMINISTRATION AND JUBILEE/BORRELLI WILL BUY THE ASSETS FOR NOTHING. JUBILEE SHARE PRICE WILL RISE AND THE COMMITTEE MEMBERS WILL MAKE MONEY. 3CARD THEY HAVE NO PLAN. THEY ONLY KNOW REVENGE. BIRD WILL NOT ANNOUNCE THE NEW DEAL AS THE COMPANY WILL GO INTO ADMINISTRATION BROUGHT ON BY REVENGEFUL HOTHEADS THAT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT COMPANY LAW

I think you have to stop believing what you have been told for 10 years. Have you learnt anything. Billion pound asset. Where were the chinese. The chinese buy everything in zambia. Did they line up at kabwe. No. If you remember the deal was jubilee receive a percentage of the profits then the license was revoked then jubilee started to screw us over delisted bmr. Yes colin bird the very same guy you are invested in at jubilee. You keep going on about revelo why. Do you know the deal on the table or are u guessing

I have considered the mothballing idea. In an ideal world yeah mothball sit back let jubilee do all the work . Split the profits and the royalty is worth a few million. That scenario is fantasy land. Will never happen that way. Lets get behind relisting. Let borrelli and bird deliver a deal that is satisfactory to all shareholders and then let borrelli resign and go.

Jubilee will want our 12%. They will not allow us a failing company on the brink to profit from the kabwe process. It simply will not happen. Production will not go ahead this year. We will be run down to nothing. Jubilee will process copper and star zinc. I personally think any proper mining will be littered with problems

As i said i dont particularly like the revelo and hope there is another option. On the whole I have helped worked with bmrwatch but i do not agree with removing borrelli at this point. Why do you think mothballing would be anymore favourable

Borrelli can shut down bmr if he wants to. Nothing we can do about it.

Mothball the royalty is not an option. Jubilee will run us down to nothing in the bank. There will be no zinc production this year. Kiss goodbye to bmrvand the royalty for 10k. Relist and we all get something back.

This is for you and every other. NO ONE LIKES BORRELLI. EVERYONE HATES BORRELLI but we need to relist.

Point 1. I was with bmrwatch on the revelo deal. I did not like however I was willing to consider it as relisting is my priority. The royalty will be used imo towards the new relisting. Imo a new fresh deal will be on the table as revelo deal did not go down well.
2. I can tell you borrelli responded to bmrwatch questions. In that he reiterated that the majority of shareholders want to relist. Guess what lots of bmrwatch members are communicating with him.
3. Borrelli owns bmr now technically we have delisted. You constantly harp on about how bad borrelli is . No one doubts that but most of us want to relist. Borreli has made it clear he will step down once we relist

If the actions of bmrwatch result in all shareholders to lost there money or get a crap deal from colin bird there will be repercussions. Borreli will go when we relist. Pull together and show colin bird we want the best deal. A great opportunity exists now if we use our brains

I have been invested in bmr for just as long as you. I have been in numerous groups since. Bmrwatch expelled me from the group for disagreeing with there actions. The committee decide the members do not have a say. Members are terrified to speak up. They are in contact with me asking to be relisted . They in general have no interest in punishing borrelli unlike the committee members. I disagree with the bmrwatch tactics not all but the removal of borrelli is not in the interests of relisting. It will jeopardise our relisting. Jubilee are using the bmrwatch to do there dirty work in that the more they see divide and conquer the longer colin bird will wait to screw us over. I say forget about kicking borrelki out just relist. Sadly the committee want revenge and this will lose shareholders money. They will be in big trouble if that happens

The bmrwatch committee dont want you to know in fact they didnt even consult with there members. Another egm with the removal of borrelli on the table. It has been said by certain bmrwatch members that the committee do not want to relist and are more interested in the wellbeing of jubilee. If this is true this is a disgrace. We are only weeks away from a deal to relist but bmrwatch want to fk it up. I have no problem with egms. I have no problem seeking answers but i would never jeopardise shareholders investments unlike the bmrwatch committee

Have you tabled a motion at the egm to remove borreli. Allow the company to relist he will be sidelined. There are no plaudits in jeopardising all our investments.

Your not thinking about jubilee or maybe you are. Get the deal done relist and then look at borrelli. You dont get rid of the guy that holds the key to bmrs demise. Thank you very much from jubilee. Stop playing jubilees dirty work.

Bring have you arranged an egm to remove Borrelli?. This would be idiotic if it is true. Lets get the deal on the table and vote for relisting. Allow investors to get something back. Do not jeopardise that opportunity.

Well despite all the anarchy out there in the markets a spot of good news in that BMR maybe about to sign up to a new deal for long suffering shareholders. Its my opinion but news of a deal is now very close. We as shareholders need to stay strong and not upset the process now coming to conclusion. Lets pray when details are announced it will allow long suffering shareholders to get something back. I say to the bmrwatch do not fk this opportunity up for every shareholder just so some get some revenge.

Borrelli said to bmrwatch that your group rejected the proposals and jubilee rejected thereafter therefore the meeting was adjourned. Clearly one of you is incorrect. I will make it clear once again. Jubilee and borrelli are guilty of where we are. My point is you played into there hands by going down the route of an egm to remove borrelli. Bmr need to relist however i fear bmrwatch have miscalculated your actions on our future.

The BMRWatch played right into Borrellis and Jubilee hand by going for an EGM and to removing borrelli. Borrelli now refuses to communicate with your Group this has allowed him to go into a deeper secrecy with colin bird. Bird can smell the weakness into borrellis position now and imo will crush bmr furthur. Bmr need to relist asap as this is only going one way.

Go back a couple of years and look at the forst deal with jubilee. Fast forward and look where we are now. This is not just borrellis making this is mainly down to bird/coetzer the untrustworthy sly foxes who smell weakness like a hyena and start changing the deal. No borrelli and hawke are culpible but bird and coetzer are that smelly stuff sometimes you step in

Kabwe is cursed. There have always been third parties that do not want to see Kabwe processing Zinc and Lead. Even after 2 years Jubilee are not processing and zinc or lead. Bear in mind Bmr lost there license through inactivity. It would appear Jubilee are following suit. Bmr have been screwed over by Jubilee bord/coetzer . I do not believe however you get properly screwed over without a willing party. This gives me great cause for concern from a bmr shareholder view. Yes there was a deal last year on the table which was voted down. My fear now is that jubilee will finish bmr off now with a long drawn out process which we have witnessed recently. The Royalty imo is worth nothing at this point of time. The value was in the licenses plant and area. This however has been given away with ease. Bird/coetzer are cunning greedy bad people. It so happens borrelli is in the same mould . Time is moving on and this increasingly looks like the final phase of bmrs demise. I have always said jubilee will not allow bmr to get any value out of the royalty. Jubilee would much prefer we were long gone and they can take that royalty for peanuts. This will be the final nail in the coffin and im sure every bmr shareholder will think that this has been the plan all the time. I loathe borreli but i hate bird/coatzer even more.
