How can jubilee put in a low ball offer for the royalty while owning 30% of bmr. Surely that would be unacceptable. I guess this is where colin bird thought time would be on his side. Bmr shareholders have not forgotton and not forgiven.

Thats a good suggestion. Jubilee share price has risen since the news not because they are about to hand over millions but more like they have just taken another 12% of revenue for pennys. Act now

How much is the Royalty worth ?

Firstly the mining sector is full of crooked Directors and Chairman. We all agree there. There very existance is to screw people over and line there own pockets. Borrelli has already planted the seeds of despair that Jubilee will buy the royalty on the cheap. I have no leverage but Bmrwatch have 20% and a voice and potential raising of funds to fight what will be a crime imo. Colin bird has promised to relist bmr but time has passed and nothing. We could of done a deal with Gallileo at Star Zinc.but that ship seems to have passed. Now the license at kabwe takes priority as the cadastre tell jubilee to move or lose. Now jubilee are faced with the royalty deal being enacted something jubilee dont want to do. The cadastre have forced there hand . Every shareholder should text borrelli and state nothing short of £6m will do.

That would be a good outcome and ideas like that should be put across. Sadly 100k to 500k is rumoured to be the offer. Get ready to go ballistic

Thevplan has always been to buy the royalty. I have been saying this from the start. Even the chile deal would have resulted in the sale of the royalty. Even if you secured the royalty it would still be sold. It will be sold for burtons not £3m as some would say. The best chance was to relist in a good opportunity in zambia. Borrelli has no interest in bmr now. Bird is a total thief and will now put the final nail in our coffin for a pittance.

This has been the plan for some time imo. There will be a derisory offer for the royalty. There are exciting copper lsml exploration sites in zambia with full govt backing joint ventures. I have put this to borrelli. He was not interested as imo he is looking for an exit now.

Bmrwatch should request an egm without delay not on the basis of removing borrelli and that should be made clear but on the basis of no communication from the directors. No plant build or processing at kabwe. No royalty. No relisting. Cadastre furious with jubilee at kabwe. Bringmyreward do not hesitate. Colin bird needs to answer some serious questions. Borrelli the puppet jyst hides behind nda and jubilee being a listed company.

Thats what ive said. Its about going forward and you dont go for the puppet do you. Go for jubilee and bird and you might get somewhere. Borrelli has given bird full powers to our future they are majority shareholder. Borrelli as when the license was revoked is idolly waiting on bird

Bmr Alex borrelli and Jeremy hawke are guilty of intentionally destroying shareholder value resulting in delisting. They both did not carryout the duties required as Directors of a company in Zambia. They gave up at best at worst they both were playing for a different team. However bmrwatch have done a lousy job for there members. They have never understood what was actually going on in zambia during the revoke of the license or prior to the revoke. The whole affsir is a disgrace . Again bmrwatch turn to Alex b in some kind of war drum beating. When will you get it. Colin bird is in charge not borrelli. If you dont understand that pack up and go home. One question i have which was fundamental is why did we back out of the sable deal so quickly. None of you realise the importance of that decision. All your efforts should be directed towards Colin Bird and leon coetzer. Bmr watch focus on them two. Borrelli is a puppet now. He is waiting on bird to come up with the goods. Devise a plan where you can put pressure on colin bird.

Jubilee are facing alot of negatives at the moment which will impact the company. SA most likely will go into another lockdown. The Cadastre looking very closely at Jubilees inactivity at Kabwe and there pursuit of Copper going against all agreements. Costs of funding plants and Luanshiya a low grade resource. I see a company that is desperate. Throw in Zambias own covid 19 issues and its pretty bleak

I can only go on what is said in an RNS. I can only go on what jubilee say in there numerous podcasts that they were unaware of any license being revoked. Bmr would be duty bound to disclose this information if they knew prior to the jv being signed

15th Jan 2018 Jubilee metals group aquires significant equity position in bmr. 7th Feb termination of mining license. Get your facts right. I remember the conversations with leon. We did not know that the licenses were to be revoked while signing the jv

There was a small scale mining license in place with bmr when the jv was signed. Jubilee with borrelli embarked on squeezing bmr out the jv. There was a process in place but was expensive for sulphuric acid. Easy to own the whole project when borrelli hands it over to jubilee. Nothing amazing there. Sable zinc was already being used for cobalt and copper. Leon and jubilee stopped any plant build for zinc a year ago. They turned to copper. Jubilee have screwed over bmr and the cadastre. This is a big mistake as the cadastre do not trust jubilee now. The cadastre have the upper hand over jubilee now.

No one in zambia believes luanshiya is a good resource. Huge amounts but bad grades. Luanshiya has switched hands numerous times. Zambia is full of speculators. Jubilee remind me of bmr years ago. Deal after deal but no delivery. Glr have star zinc . Jubilee have sable plant. They cant get bmrs licenses apparently probably because they have not shown commitment at kabwe. They are just looking for copper to feed sable as there is no copper at kabwe. Jubilee have to be very careful in that have they miscalculated kabwe and all the baggage that comes with kabwe. The cadastre wont be happy as others were willing to take on the dumps etc but bmr/jubilee paid there way for time. 2 years have passed and nothing. It doesnt look good considering bmr were robbed of there licenses. There will be described as good news just like bmr did. There are alot of similarities between both. Lets see what happens but i have big doubts about jubilee now. They were desperate when they took on kabwe now there scampering around to make it work

Luanshiya very low grade. Bmr have looked at luanahiya many years ago and walked away. There are better opportunities in zambia. Jubilee will have to spend millions extracting low grade copper to supply its sable plant. The govt will play hard ball with jubilee ref the kabwe dumps. Jubillee have done very little in the last couple of years at kabwe. This govt will not be screwed over again

I suggest you look back at bmrs history. Zinc has always been about 2k pt. The ZG didnt care about price. They were fed up with lack of action from licensees ie luanshiya. That is a JV something bmr did on a yearly basis to no avail. The Govt were clear to bmr start producing by the end of the year. They didnt say once the price hit 4k. Jubilee want Sable and Copper. The Cadastre will now be a thorn in the side of jubilee now. Jubilee will be forced to spend on these dumps at 2k pt. Is it viable. To you it isnt
