Our shareholder value is in the royalty. If the royalty is sold to the listed company we get shares in the listed company. I hope its a fair deal and a company that has real potential

Jubilee have delayed any progress at kabwe to destroy bmr shareholders . Jubilee imo were hoping to bankrupt bmr into handing over the royalty for little to nothing. The royalty imo will be used to smooth over a deal with an already listed aim company. Not with jubilee. This will be the last deal offered now. Failure to vote through this deal will ultimately lose any chance of getting anything back. I look forward to this new offer. I hope it is satisfactory to all but i would doubt it.
