The way I see it...RBD acquired extra shares in Corallion to gain near 50% holding and pretty much control it now, they did this at a time when true value of RBD was in no way reflected in sp which is still the case, once deal made, Corallion sholders sold out as was at a tempting price value for them at the time, so now not holding the chunk of RBD that was sacrificed to affect the deal (as a loose block of intested parties) anymore, so RBD effectively back where it started but with a few more shares in issue but that potentially influential group of interested parties has dispersed to count their cash. Once CPR for WN lands it'll be neither here nor there that the sp did a little dive from an aleady low point previously, the sp will be at it's truer valuation near to sale of WN or sale of Corallion with the Corallion holders interests at only around 50% in real terms and without the 'say' over RBD which they traded away
