Baron Oil just upped it's interest in the Dunrobin prospect from 15% to 32% and agreed to progress the seismic work on it up to £160,000 worth in order to progress identification of drill sites for 2022. As a result Corallion interest is now reduced from 46% to 36%.
The revised parties interests are as follows Corallion 36% (operator), Upland Resources 32%, Baron Oil 32%

'Woodside and BHP to create a global energy company'......merger completes Q2 2022 but has an effective date of 1 July 2021, I find that interesting as it means the future 'merged company' could already have been in before-the-fact negotiations with Timor Leste (and ready-to-go) when the merger completes! it would make sense to get on with progressing plans...

I'm thinking if merger is confirmed and voted through, Woodside is likely to approach Timor Leste govt. (if not in talks already) with a proposal to have a pipeline from Timor Leste to Woodside's current proposed new pipeline at Scarborough and (subject to merger)LNG processing facilities......it would be new and state of the art offshore pipeline infrastructure facility with plenty of capacity for third party tie-ins....and solve TL infrastructure needs and save years of faffing and planning their own facilities which would no doubt go over budget and be beyond their current technical know how (endless govt debates, planning, hiring in experts etc)........it's a win-win situation for all, deliverable in a knowable timeframe if they offer to take care of putting in the pipeline for them......I'm also thinking if TL fund a pipeline from Greater Sunrise to tie in it will also go past Chuditch which would = a route to market which is key to attracting majors to invest (and hopefully buy us out)

Rumours confirmed, announced today merger between BHP's oil and gas assets and Woodside....with major pipeline and LNG 'CAPACITY TO SPARE' and share with any interested parties (third party users very welcome to help them cover their costs)!

ord resolution on 'climate related lobbying' put forward for vote at AGM ....indicating possibly that they are getting serious about offloading their oil and gas assets (to Woodside? ......as rumoured by Hopingforbags ?)...ducks lining up well

RBD about to finish first extended well test (EWT) on West Newton B-1Z and then straight on to second EWT at West Newton A-2, should have interesting results as waiting on analysis of liquids (possibly condensate) they recently upped their stake in Corallion to 49.99%....it is believed that Corallion are to get a 'liquidity event' (possible take over or farm out/ sale of an asset) around end of 2021 / early 2022, on account of having secured amazing portfolio of assets in north sea in last two licencing rounds. CPR's for both West Newton and Corallion are imminent and propects looking very good for both soon no worries for Corallion imo re access to funding!

just recently put it's 'non-operated Malasian assets' up for sale...possibly to deploy the cash SOMEWHERE ELSE? worth watching this deal go through...so we'll know when the money is burning a hole in their pockets and how much!!! ;-))

(including some estimated figs from Corallion) equates to :
129.3 (to 154.3 upside) million barrels of oil/equivalent, and 6.47 TCF gas
......but they are still working on the latest CPR.
Corallion owns 100% working interest in almost all of its @9 licences/prospects which are in the North Sea.
