The fact you still hang on to the measly settlement offer which should have been a company defining moment is really not a surprise because you have shown consistently poor judgment both in relation to your own investments and your own private court room litigation battles.

The Samsung litigation result indicates the potential revenues on small % market volume would be too small to be meaningful. QDots have been priced as a v. low margin product.

The message (change in tone) was loud and clear in the mast investor presentation (I didn't sell down for FOMO). But having loads of experience invested in blue sky sucker stocks I know that you need to be patient..... even for the eventual winners (e.g. Eden!). The key advantage here is a sold business behind it all, without which I would not be invested at all!!

A new display customer appears to be non-forthcoming.

Why is this is of any interest when we know the secondary market (non-Samsung) is tiny and not even worth pursuing in litigation ? The Board have not made it sound like there is a viable business case in display.

The Board had one chance to earn a fair reward for the blatant theft of its tech and it turned the chance away. One must ask what motivated the Board to abandon the legal route, when it was primed for success. but unfortunately the litigation case saw Nanoco surrounded by a whole ensemble of motivated 'hangers on' with a strong financial interest in not losing the case above all else.

And sure enough, they blinked. Shareholders were bluffed. Even Terry must be able to see the writing on the wall.

Every answer you provide shows that I am talking to a buffoon who should not be able to make their own investment decisions - and at least no-one will be listening to you now. There is no sensible way you can dress this up as success. It is over.

I've been calling this out as nothing but an R&D lab ever since the Samsumg litigation ended - so your latest assessment proves that I was right. It is not a 'business' which ougnt to be listed. It is not investable. Why are you happy with this desperately sorry outcome?
