It is crystal clear. You haven't understand what a sale is. It doesn't only mean revenue. Lunghi profiit derives from revenue. It is offset by SALES. The RNS specifically did NOT say tech revenues will equal Lunghi revenue - as you seem to suggest it did. and to do so would leave us with a meaningless RNS.

Foxhill your question is fantasy. I will deal with the here and now of the Rns. The overall position is offset. Going by your analogy gross revenues on tech sales would very obviously have to be higher than gross revenues on Lunghi operations to get the same oveeall profit, and if that is the case, you have been told this - it is covered in today's rns. The position is offset by the new SALES.

You are a million % wrong but it is very hard to explain ig you just dont understand! You don't have to worry about margins - they did that calculation for you or else the statement would be a qualified one. Read it again!

Or to put things another way if that is what you think then you have zero trust in the Board because your interpretation is an unfair one. That also means you are crazy to stay invested.

You only have to read the RNS update fairly and intelligently. The headline message in today's RNS is that there is no need to worry about Lunghi impact as it is offset by the coronavirus sales. You have to try really hard to find a different interpretation, so I suggest you just stick with the natural and ordinary meaning of the words rather than try to find some other implied meaning which simply isn't there.

We can fully expect that to be done soon. I imagine certain people have been pre-occupied with other pressing matters at Tema in the last few days.

Good - and so if you are a genuine investor (and I have no idea if you are) please re-read that RNS again. Honestly, it is very good. Imagine, if we did not have this revenue stream...? The impact of those sales is way more material than I had ever dared believe it would be. I do not actually have the stomach for buying more shares myself, or else I would be overreaching on risk profile (which is high already), however, if I had the ability to buy comfortably then I would do so. Clearly this company is emerging and developing in a positive way, and investing now at these prices is a good bet.

If that was the statement, yes, but it isn't - it is how you misread it. The position is offset, not just revenue, otherwise it would be a totally meaningless statement. They have told you about the overall impact on the business. Let's say if there are no flights to Lunghi then revenue will decrease and so will related profit (potentially to zero given they refer to flight cancellations), but this impact is expected to be covered by the new sales. It is crystal clear and suggests that virus equipment sales is equivalent to a whole new MSC overnight!

However, you do not need to know the margins on kit sales (even though you might like to know) as the Board knows all the maths to be able to give the statement in the RNS: "... we expect our increase in product sales due to the COVID-19 crisis to offset any potential reduction in revenues from our aviation security business." This is a statement about overall impact to the business, i.e. profit not revenue. It just needs to be read properly.

What in the world are you saying Foxhill? We are living through an unprecedented moment in history when the share price has been savaged, and the Board is answering very material questions about the business impact in order to keep investors properly informed. The vacuum just gives you and others a chance to make mischief, so is that why you don't like it? It seems you are accusing the board of making an effort to support the share price with an informative news update, which I and many other shareholders were pleased to read (along with the other 2 recent RNS). It means we know where things stand. IMO

The thing to remember here is that Port cargo flows may slow down but the overall levels going through the Port do not change unles the worldwide demand for cargo changes. This could happen too but the short term impact is the opposite - in fact Amazon and Ocado have never been so busy and cannot process anything but the most vital orders. Lunghi survives on non essential leisire travel and it ia different kettle of fish. So obvious it is painful but needs to be said. Kit sales could become anlong term stream of business based on some projections.

A few messages have now gone and someone should be thankful! Don't do it again. Meanwhile this company update is excellent. This business has just added a growing revenue stream during a time of worldwide panic. That is very fortunate to have.
