this_is_me: From yesterday's RNS: The Company announced on 23 January 2020 that it had commenced a staged redemption programme of the Company's existing GBP2.245m CSLN, initially issued on 19 June 2013 and amended on 22 May 2019 and which currently carry a 15% coupon. Holders may elect to convert their CSLN at 10p per share in place of cash redemption. If the selling price stays below 10p until the rest is bought back we avoid around a 17 million share dilution.

If there is one shred of comfort it is that only a few weeks ago the contract formality felt so likely to happen that the news, when it came, was not going to cause much of a ripple. Right now, any good news will feel like a massive shock.

Win4call. Unless and until they take put more loan it is to repay the CULNs, and even still, then they must be financing the rest - a large amount - out of revenue. That's all one can say for now. We do know they are repaying 75% before June. So I think I am right here

That leaves £938,750 of the CSLN to be repaid out of revenues. Good news!

You might be right, not entirely sure now I've read his post again. Neutral perhaps, Anyhow it all pre-dates the "February contract signing" RNS and indicates that MPS are very happy with what they have got.
