not overly excited by the results but solid as expected, and I'm sure any prospective buyer would not be put off by the results, as profit is profit in these times, and the potential for expansion is still there. Do I remember your target price correctly at 23p? What is the longest you think it could take for us to hear further details? Im hoping for 24p minimum, dont know when to expect news though! cheers

yeah very few buys today but the SP finally moving, MMs might be short of stock, hopefully people waking up to the potential this company has! Could really do with an update on one or more of the new products BSST are developing for sectors other than banking, i.e. education (examination), transport, defence

no idea really could be weeks or months, I know CFM took ages, but that was after they said they definitely looking at offers, so we could get an update with offers being looked at or talks have been cancelled hopefully not too long to wait for that!

maybe in a fair market, but not many companies are fairly valued at the moment, which is why I will be happy with 3p for a takeover price, anything above will be a bonus and I think 2p will be absolute minimum but will probably get rejected, IMO

pretty sure there is enough value in the company to get a much higher SP than today's if an offer is forthcoming, that is the only real risk here, the offer doesn't come for whatever reason, and the SP hangs around this level or a bit lower until the company get news. Will be happy to stay medium-term if the takeover play doesn't work out, and remember HIf could always reject an offer if it is not good enough, which will support the SP well IMO

glad I didn't buy on the back of your strong buy at 39p this morning, and you call other posters rampers! Haven't seen you on PXS or ACTA today, which isn't really suprising as they are both flying! You still got a short on PXS? Or let me guess, you stopped it just before the rise because you are perfect, but fiorgot to mention it to anyone!

I'm still holding PXS in a big way, been in since it started rising at 1p and have bought no less than 15 times! And haven't sold a single share! I understand that for a newbie it is hard to watch profits disappear or even the initial investment moving into a loss, but I have done so much research into PXS that I am not worried when it drops, I just see it as a chance to buy more if I have any funds! It would be a shame for you to not make any profit in PXS from selling too early, so I would suggest considering leaving some of your holding to ride! Consider the fact that a major licensing deal is pending, likely to be announced soon after the wording for their health claim has been confirmed by th EU Commision, and the results of the trial of Fruitflow vs Aspirin are due soon, and early signs are very positive! To me I would be mad to sell now and miss out on substantial gains in the copming weeks and months! but each to their own and DYOR etc

sorry mate if it was a genuine mistake then I have no problem with you. Being on the PXS BB has made me sceptical of posters motives, as I have seen people saying that it will definitely be back at 1p within a week, and even saw 1 poster fabricate a crucial RNS that many believe will be transformational for the company, and life-changing for many of its shareholders! We all make mistakes and I apologise for mine! As I said last week Anglo are still selling and this will hold the SP back until either they have finished or we hear more about the potential offer! DYOR and GL

ignore RaK1, he does things like this to try and increase buying pressure to push the SP up, he did it on Friday twice posting a takeover regarding Anglo American and Xstrata, trying to make people think it was Xstrata buying HIF, then covering it up by saying he posted it on the wrong board..........twice!!!!!! and he didn't even repost it anywhere else!

nice work guys, dont have the funds to get any more here but confident that my buys at above 2p will make me a good profit if the offer comes through! GLA, i'm back to my main holding PXS now as its starting to really hot up, but DYOR etc etc

noooo pretty sure its the MM's manipulating the market, making the majority of investors (not watching plus markets) think that everyone is selling, so they want to sell to protect profits or avoid losses. MM's then get to buy cheap shares and sell them to us next week for a nice profit when they are being bought at 2.5p etc

2.16p to sell, 2.25p to buy, so a closer spread now that could encourage a few more of the big guys to buy-in, wait and see! GL

yeah the day before at 13.5p as they seemed very undervalued and a safe investment for a small gain, had a target of 20p to sell, but then the takeover news, did some calculations based on historical takeovers in the sector, and topped-up at 21p as I'm confident of 24/25p minimum, and if the bidder really wants it they could pay 30p on a counter offer, but on the other hand it could come to nothing and I will be jumping ship! The SP moves on such little volume though, so more risky now then it was, DYOR

all good mate any more big buys? BTW O/T but have you looked at VERO? Similar situation there with potential takeover, which IMO will be at a minimum of 24p, seems likely to materialise but you never know, I would say if you can get in below 18p there is little risk, but DYOR etc etc
