It’s a slight of hand budget.
They’re taking the money that would have gone to the EU, - it would have come back to prop up UK towns and cities for all types of projects.

Instead, the money will be spent on whatever they detail tomorrow. But it won’t go to the towns’ and city projects like before.

Will be interesting to see how the towns and cities lose out and how communities that benefitted from the EU returns will now suffer ...
