And yes, 40p by end of year max. May jump to 45 but it won’t stay there. Then again if you asked me which is more likely, a jump to 45 or a dive to 25-28p I’d say the latter.

Oops - when I said now and then I meant spring/summer.

To clarify - might see a brief bounce to 50/55p sometime up to spring/summer. Very brief though.

I can’t see this paying out a divi until spring/summer 2022 at the earliest.

Firm 45p minimum by end of 2021, fluctuating upwards 5 to 10p (50 to 55p) between now and then.
