A good way to value a company is on a multiple of earnings. So let’s say Sound is a high growth co then a p/e I’d say 25. Oh Sound has no earnings and has never really had any - if you multiply zero with anything you get nothing so Sound may be worth nothing. So the only other way you can value Sound is on the basis of what someone else is prepared to pay. That is more difficult because we don’t know all the approaches of offers pj has had. I’m willing to believe no one has yet offered anything so on that basis Sound is also worth nothing. Simplistically Sound is worth it,s market cap which you can read off here.

Stuntman what is incredible is you about face when the relentless positivity is punctuated by a reality check by 250 who is questioning pj for his hypocrisy by selling his shares while everyone else is asked to guard their golden tickets. Since pj soled the price has tanked on no news just innuendos on how well we will do. I would be spitting and can understand 250’s position. Who would take advice from a hospital porter at St Richards Hospital in Chichester.

He could make it up.

This is getting predictable - I should have sold and then I would have ammunition to buy back in as the stop losses are triggered. I must stop wasting time and stop watching this share.

If everyone stops blowing then this share will fall back down to earth. No news - it’s all going to happen in 18 Months I’m told - many more sells than buys almost 3 to 1 and the price has gone up. The art of buying is to sell it to yourself. It also makes one deluded. Can someone spell check this for me.

Trying not to look but seems to move independently from supply and demand. Consistently more buys than sells over the last few days and only now price is squeezing up. I’d hate to be short of this as volumes are low and anyone wanting to buy volume will need to offer a high price to tempt sales. They’re not having mine.

We are all exhausted with the constant positivity and think to be objective only people who don�t own shares should post on here.

The bashers as you call them are not needed. It seems that people are beginning to wake up and pull their head out of the sand. There is still time to save a little of your profits or stem your losses. Nobody wants this but it is plain as the nose on your face that this does not smell right.

You may mock and correct my spelling but it is you who are watching the share price tumble and with it your hopes and dreams. This has been going on for almost two years now. This share is now worth about one third of what it was when pj talked about golden tickets and eighteen months. Pj on salary alone will be 2 Million richer. Perhaps nobody wants to buy it.

No Crude - been there done that - personal abuse aside the point is anyone who takes this on will want a huge risk premium and because of that it may not be commercial. There is a lot of gas out there and the world is going green.

And then the Moroccan Government walks straight in and nationalises it. Or Islamic terrorists blow up the new pipeline. Or Russia flood the market with cheap gas or the Us fracks some more and virtually gives it away. Or solar becomes even cheaper to produce or pigs will fly.

I think Jj might have been having lunch, emails, telephone calls and much more.

Retour du Rensard - these posters who threaten libel action and/or say you are being monitored for future possible action are running scared. They want to close down any debate or opinion that doesn’t fit their view that Sound is doing well and will make shareholders rich. I think that if there is any legal action in the future it may well be more to do with how Sound has been run and specifically how and what they have communicated to both their shareholders and potential shareholders.

Thanks Retour du Renard - so the 18 Months were up a few months ago and still no one seems to want to hold the Management to account over their abject failure to deliver. Deadlines come and deadlines go - why no liquidity event? Why hasn’t Sound sold what it already has to the highest bidder. What are they waiting for. I recon nobody wants it as it is all too difficult. Too much risk. Too much political risk - too much geological risk and too much market risk. So pj just plays for time - I’ll drill soon - let’s wait for seismic - All the while pj does nothing and takes his salary and bonuses and sells down his shareholding on the pinky promise he will buy back later when maybe the share price has tanked. You just watch while you get poorer

I was wondering when the Eighteen month period started? Maybe compare what was promised with what you got? I recon maybe the share price trajectory is related to that. I think Sound should made some money rather than just spend it on wages and bonuses for their Management team. What do they manage anyway - what do they do all day? I know these are tricky questions - especially if you don’t like the answer.
