part of the 3i stake only initially would think.

How much is Action going to be worth to 3i come IPO time...?

You have to take some on trust, as it's their best estimate,

on other portfolio holdings the valuation is based on the
last funding round.

So it is a little like private equity in that respect.

Whether IPO should trade at or above estimated NAV
I am not so sure off - it has done so on previous occasions.

Well of course it's not with the small % float,

that is a known known.

The unknown is the valuation.

I get that many people neither like Michael or RYA,
that's fine, you neither are compelled to buy the
shares on fly with the airline.

I also get many won't like the environmental aspect.

But this is a financial site and most are interested in making money.

If I can sum up the enthusiasm will listen to the
results conference call tomorrow.

A main driver of valuation here is Screwfix and as a
stand alone business that may be worth the best part
of £2.5-3 bn.

There is also arguably the outside possibility of a bid,
but that is highly speculative conjecture on my part.

Tate looks value around these levels?.

Reckitt is a consumer products company,
there is little similarity with TATE.

TATE is ingredients, some of which are unique formulations.

The money returned may be in the form of a share consolidation,
so less shares in issue with a debt free company.

I give very few of these, however on a medium term 2-3 year view
risk/Reward looks interesting.

Nice growing divi in the meantime.
