Yes GGG cannot compare / What you can derive hope for is the Comparison with North Sea. Fields are Declining. Europe has just 12% of Oil Reserves left. U.K. are Net importer and U.K. production Forecast to Fall. We need to prove up Serenity and Quick. This is a Golden Period for Oil. Right before the Start Explodes at the End - It burns the Brightest for a period of time.

BOOooom. I got shouted down on here (Easy Task) when I gave the comparison that you’d spend £100 on 100ml bottle of Perfume but yet a Barrel of Oil is $55. Oil has a long way to go. And I think it all revolves around the Banks re balancing their Books. If man on the Street thinks he can get Oil any cheaper than Spot Price then he can dig down himself.
Lest not forget / Banks lent to Every Industry known to man and they will have suffered many Defaults and re Schedules.
The System is such that Balance has to occur. Oil is the single most efficient Vehicle to do this. Then Banks can continue supporting the Wider World Economy. We shall see.

Kane. You wonder who is most influencing the Oil Price ? OPEC cutbacks or the Banks ? Both combined are a Powerful Entity. Throw in demise of New Exploration and Le Viola. The planes are still on the ground. Are we about to go into a period of sustained Oil Prices that will deliver a Return for the Banks Investments in Oil ? I think we are. The World Population have had Cheap Oil. Now the Banks want their money back. Price of Oil is the Vehicle.

Hi Tony. I go against EV as for that to be a True Calculation as for it to be bona fide IMO - The Debt has to be Working for the Company. More often than not and in these times / and certainly re ENQ - They are Working for the Debt. Nevertheless here goes.

2020 average 59.1mboepd (Oct was 60). Guidance for 2021 is for 46 to 52 !! Reducing meaning the obvs - Declining Fields. And Hence the Purchase driven by PNB. What’s more / They are making AB put $50m in himself as the purchase of North Sea 10000mboepd Asset (400 STOIIP) will ultimately go to $375m tied to POO. BOE $20 for lifetime of Asset.

Back to ENQ as is now. BOE overall Target is $32 (They have 1 Operation Forecast BOE $15). Net Debt £1280m (-£133 on 2019). Cash Position £284m and Cashflow £210m.

No wonder Goldman Bullish on POO. We have just had a year of Inactivity re Pandemic and now Banks want their money back. Oil is the Vehicle. For the next 5 years as I see it. They are all in it together. At this Stage I’d like to think I was correct with my recent Analogy. WTI will hit $60 in March. Oil Reserves are Declining as Evidenced with ENQ and Banks want to ensure they get their Buck back. This will take 5 years minimum.

I don’t think the Institutions would take sub 10p at all. What will happen in the future is / if money is scarce then the Value of £1 Profit becomes more Valuable. So for instance if that £1 was a guarantee (Nothing is) then you may pay £10 for that £1 Profit. But if money is scarce (inc Opportunity) then one may pay £20 for for £1 Profit.
So what I am saying is if Institutions Sold out / then it would have to be mighty tasty as i3 have low ball entry point re purchase of Assets and FCF.
All the Metrics are in place and will never be Repeated again (Never say Never) IMO.

Yes Tony I am with you and you probably nearer the ball than me. My Reservation is with regard to 9000bopd v 9000boepd are not the same $ output. The boepd is in relation to Energy Output and Not Financial is it Not ? So given we are 40% Oil and Majid stated we want to Focus on increasing Actual Oil / I always Taper my Top Line Forecast by 30%.
I may be way off of course.
