Re Alchemy. 2 Options on Table perhaps. Raise at 5p. Ok why wouldn’t they just put in T/O bid ? They may as well as they would wipe out their original Investment.
Option 2 and hopefully preferred Option. Welcome in another Institution and Raise £50m at 8p ? Protects their original 29.95% by over 50% and establishes a higher base.
If you go P/E x5 then £20m Profit per Annum from the Group has always been my Target. That gives you a MCap of £100m which is mega conservative.
If Option 2 is in play / then whoever it is could have been accumulating sub 3% on Open Market to further enhance the deal ?

CEO stated recently that by 2030 they aim to reduce their Oil and Gas output by 40% due to Carbon Footprint. This will mean as Fields run out / they will not replenish. However when Quizzed over North Sea / he was very Positive / stating Exploration would continue here as they look for What Oil and Gas they do produce / the North Sea offers lowest Carbon Footprint potential of all Production In Portfolio. They look to maximise efficiency here.
Good News for Tain and Serenity for obvs reasons.

I think we will never get our perceived Fair Value in linear form as the ownership dynamic is changing / has changed as evidenced with IG. However we can get our Fair Value longer term. Retail Banks and Institutions remove themselves from feeding the SP and the Void can only be filled by PI. PI can only benefit from FCF and Dividend. The same volume of people will be putting the money in and maybe more ? / it’s just that they won’t be using the Banks and Investment Funds as a vehicle.
It will give rise to New PI. And they behave as Individuals and not as a Collective. Fair Value can be achieved in Volatility.

The key here is Neil Utley PI. NSF invited him into the fold and then the crash. All parties will want to protect him / however this scenario then gives rise to Higher chance of any T/O. I cannot see Utley putting in too much money as he a Lone Ranger. But he could Sell his Share along with Marathon to Alchemy but at what price ?
Also. Could Alchemy fund an Equity Raise ? Yes. Could also invite another Institution in which would be welcome ? Upon any insufficient Equity Raise / Alchemy could have running alongside that Offer a Buy Out Offer should the Equity Raise not attract another Institution should that be desired by Alchemy ?

GGG. Majid said that they had put 2 bids in for M&A and I was expecting a result re this matter in Today’s RNS. No News on this. Now I believe that given Tain Project FID Q2 coupled with POO / it may be case that they withdrew those bids and thus retain that cash earmarked for M&A and further enhance their development re Serenity. They’ve played that down also.

Hi Longfell. Just assessing the RNS and taking it all in. The Noel Well is good news. I think by nature the BOD are going for Conservative approach both in Activity and in Communication. They are not over estimating state of play. I think Good Newsflow here can see successive metrics ticked. Serenity we await and we can be drilling that in July as I prev stated.

Bodes well re Tain and Serenity metrics if indeed Serenity is as Big as 100m barrels. It would be good to compare the 2 Projects. More research required.

It’s obvious that someone has a Buy Order at 4p and they are Collecting as many as possible at this level because there is Value to be had at 4p when looking beyond whatever Cash Injection is proposed.
Remember the MCap plus the Debt is Valued at Original cumulative purchase price of the Assets and infrastructure and some of that was Serviced with Debt if you look into it. Yes Revenue has fallen and Loan Book during Pandemic but the Vehicle is still there and EDL more than doubled Branch Network and has unique business modal.

I just think Alchemy have a cash injection plan in place. Also should consider the last 12 Month Window moves forward reducing the lowest price stuck in that time increasing T/O potential.
