Concocted a Plan with AE to set a Purchase Agreement that would prop up the Share Price. The Pandemic dragged on longer than anyone ever expected and so did the Deal which there was never any funds for. No money was ever held in Escrow and Montana has never explained this.
Montana now needs to explain the Cash Position.
For me / ARS are at the same point as they were last FEB. They’ve done bits and bats / so compare the 2 Market Caps and SH need to know the Cash position - of which Montana again failed to explain. Typical.

US Energy Administration 2019 Forecast Oil to see us through to 2050 (Conflicts with BP by 20yr).
Beyond 2050 it is likely that the World would have to go to places we would rather not to Extract Oil as many Existing Oil Fields will simply become depleted.
Saudi has the longest life Oil estimated at 90yrs but that does not take into Account growing demand put upon them to fill the Gap of the rest of the Worlds depletion.
Our own i3 long life Reserves are 16 yrs !

So if equivalent Oil Consumption re Fuel was reduced to 1950 equivalent / then you could still Multiply 10mbopd x 3 to 30 ?
And that doesn’t even begin to lift people out of Poverty. Of which now there are many more.
We need clean Energy but we also need Oil. And given it is running out 2050 / any continued Production level at 80/90mbopd will only serve to run those Reserves down and thus push the price up ?

Tony my opinion is that you have High level of Intelligence and I learn a lot from your input. How are we going to replace roads / buildings / housing / household appliances / building of all forms of Travel / without Oil ? By Definition the Economical Reserves decrease by 80/90mbopd. And if you look at the Chart World Oil Consumption was just 10mbopd 1950. The World still has mass Poverty so the reduction in Oil demand for Fuel will be re directed to lifting the Quality of lives of people re infrastructure and the Developed World will own that infrastructure and for that they need Oil.
However Yes. It is only my Theory. And I do like a Conspiracy. When they don’t communicate the Plan but you can see what it could be / then you know it is possible.

I see it as Wholly Positive. You create a ring-fenced Pool of money that Services Redress for a 4 year period / which should largely remove uncertainty now and in the future. At the same time New Lending should create a Growth of business which year by year will add Value and then ultimately see the demise of these Debt Management Parasite type Companies. However ; they will have helped shine a light nevertheless on the poor practices of Previous Underwriting of Business.
Future demand should receive some level of protection as Credit Licenses may not be renewed for smaller players who cannot demonstrate Compliance and certainly those lenders out there that simply are not to high level of due diligence.
