I’d agree 14 million adults does qualify as en Mass but realistically not practical to administer CT Scan if they all turned up same year. So I’d say it’s en Mass only in name. Obviously the beauty of a Blood Test in the way Allan describes it is that it is Non Evasive to the patient and if successful you could reduce the criteria and drive the age down and screen more people and repeat screen. So I guess there’s different levels of Mass Screening. Our Blood Test being the most practical route to a tangible reduction in Cancer deaths.

Yes Keeping Lights on is important but nothing else in our Product range yet so we are limited. Yes AS has spoken of Breast Cancer but now nothing so all speculation that’s all it is re Market SP attributing Value.

I see the potential completion of MOU and delivery of $2.3m Revenue as inconsequential re SP movement.

Let’s break it down. $2.3m is over 30 Month. That is $1m per Annum or £750k per year. It barely keeps the lights on, although yes most welcome. After 30 Month No Sales means No Revenue.

What does affect the SP is if we get adopted as the key partner to a U.S. Mass screening program for early Cancer detection. Again / Massive / as would be a World First.

Timelines seem appropriate and gives us a chance. If successful we would go from level 9 to 1 on the Risk Factor scale. Until then it remains High on the risk Factor scale for reasons discussed.

Imo Mass Screening is Not in place. If Mass turned up for CT scan then the US health system would soon be overwhelmed so it depends how you define en Mass ??

I define it as offer of screening guaranteed to a specific age group or demographic. So let’s say every U.S citizen age 40. Our Test could be adopted if found to be simple, reliable and effective into a MOT health check on 40yr olds. If we get there it’s massive and has never been done before.

To add. If the MoU completes then the U.S. are getting this on the cheap. At $2.3m over 30 month it is very low Risk to them when you consider HNWI’s like Bill Gates have ploughed in hundreds of millions $$$ into Cancer and they are still yet to adopt any Mass screening program.

I suspect that the Test if successful will not be Marketed at $300 - $500. Re the Test for screening purposes which is the holy grail for reducing Lung Cancer deaths / then the 96 well Elisa format is our best offering ; and so I wouldn’t expect anything en mass to command Top price per individual blood Test. No / I’d expect the cost to Hospitals to be agreed at the lower end of any Price discussions. And only that way do you actually get the thing rolled out.

To summarise / Forget about Pricing and Revenues predictions. Let’s focus on getting through the process to get to Roll out and mass screening. Then everything re Value takes care of itself. Anything else is pure fantasy at this stage or just greed.

If we become the central Focus for Mass Screening ; you couldn’t wish for anything else. I wouldn’t say Allan has convinced me of the Validity of this in any Interview yet.

Watched the Interview. Will watch again. Not impressed by the Host who keeps interrupting saying “Hmmm” Nodding of head “Yessss” Just didn’t compliment Allan at all re flow and overly engaged. Surprising because the Host has vast experience but obvs not going to make it to BBC News with that performance. At one Point the Host began to ask another Question and Allan just ignored him and carried on with his original point as he had not finished. And rightly so imo. A lot of content in there but felt rushed to me which is not a good look. If Allan is rushing, then maybe he has a Plane to catch or something ? Or maybe Allan’s head is blown off with recent Company Activity and he maybe had One Shot at this due to more important Work diary tasks upcoming. Happy to share and invite other people’s thoughts. It was a bit scattergun / and no slam dunk confidence gleamed from Allan’s performance translating to future SP realisation. He spoke highly of the MoU translating into actual agreement and Allan’s eggs firmly in that basket re commitment to that cause. If that fails now there will be Serious Questions and so he has committed as much as he can do on that which is welcome..

I disagree on the “ …projects, which we know are already in development”. Part. What Other Developments ? AS talked about Breast Cancer / Now nothing … We know no Timelines at all. Nothing specific is known. We know Jack. We literally don’t know of any progress or where we are or anything of any significance at all !!!

Don’t worry Tech, I am not always easily swayed. Some time ago I asked the Company why the Significant Shareholder List was out of date and when would they update it ? The reply I got upon the second attempt was that they intended to update the List every 6 month. That was 15 month ago and nearest we have got is a couple of TR-1s. I remember at the time I thought it was a fob off answer and no respect that I was a Shareholder.

I make it THU 29th AUG is the long stop date / Accounts for 30 days + 120 days expiring but assumes Bio paid the $100k on the last possible day of the initial 30 days.

Neil. That is a very detailed and well put together response and I thank you for that. I have now swayed back over to the belief that yes we have received the $100k (Which will no doubt go only some way to paying Legal Fee’s regard any Final Binding Contract).

So if what you are saying is correct / and I believe it is / then we must have received the cash at least a Month ago now. So the 120 day exclusivity period would therefore end around AUG 28th / thereabouts.

He will have to declare the position before AGM or it will distract the AGM.

We should be informed the exact date the $100k landed in the Bank as then we can deduce why Allan has been withholding this News to Shareholders or not.

It’s a Key Question and he is not declaring the position.
