Jace. It says we have signed (So there must be a MOU). It does not state Bio have signed.

For me the MOU is certainly there on the table. Allan has signed. I believe we are still waiting on the signature from Bill and his representatives and we will get this once the hospitals give them the thumbs up.

Allan would have “Shared the News” by now re the $100k. We have had nothing to Report in last 2 month.

And I find it highly unusual that if having the £600k funds in place to go “Cheap / Fast route to Market” via US / then why don’t we fund the Clinical Trials ourselves ? If it’s “Cheap and Quick”. If we were confident in our Product we would fund the Trials and then go for a MOU ; but now with a Product that is turbo charged.

After re reading Bill’s testimony in RNS re the MOU and also the activity noted with Allan and Bill re summoning up support from US hospitals / I now read the MOU RNS as though Bio has not signed and therefore we are not even at the $100k in the bank yet. Bill says it’s an “Opportunity to gain exclusive access to North American market vis the Test”. No where does it say that Bio have signed. So I am going to assume that only when the HNWI get the wink from the Hospitals that they’ll integrate a successful Test (Yet to be proven - await Clinical Trials) into their Cancer Care pathway / Only then will they sign and deposit the $100k.

So for me the 120 day window has not even opened it. And Allan states they will update Shareholders when there is more News. So given there is No News for me means the $100k has not been deposited !!! For that would be News wouldn’t it ???!!!

Forgive me ? But why is Cizzle spending £2million on another Company if we believe in our own product ? It’s either greed. Bad decision making or a Con job to use Cizzle Shareholders to spread the Risk of the original IPO.

Not a word spoken on that Investment from Allan.

This is a Marker. This means there is absolutely ZERO chance of any Agreement with Bio being announced before this date. Trust me. The chances thereafter do not increase much either.

Allan does not care about the SP. So he’s either holding all the Aces or kicking the can. It’s not a good look when you are invested in an ethical business.

What gets me is that if our Tech was that good / then achieving funding for Clinical Trials in UK would not have been a problem. Obvs there was a problem. Our Test does not seem to be a part of the Lung Cancer equation here in the UK. And if it is part of the equation / then they all doing a good job keeping confidence from rising. US a smokescreen if this £100k does not land. So announce it ?

Agreed. The Market only pays for actual progress now towards Revenue. First Test awaits in the form of a MoU becoming reality. Market does not trust.

Correction. Lang has No intension Trading. In fact / has only ever added and increased Shareholding % - assuming Wife and Son not Transferred any Shares into the Trust.

He must have had assurances regard the direction of the Share Count. That’s twice now he has supported RNS’d rounds of funding. Also to Add 10.1% so he has little intension Trading.

Yes I’ve just checked / it was originally 15% with USA. So we have conceded ground down to 10% in return for the guaranteed up front Payments.

Directors Talk 6mins 0 Sec onward. Allan confirms that the MoU sets out for Cizz to receive $2.4m over 30 Months as Guarantee. But adds that the 10% Royalty still stands. So can someone correct me on this if I’m wrong here / but previously I thought that the MoU’s Terms were a step down from the original agreement with Corepath ie : 10% of Sales. But actually with the new agreement we get the guarantee $2.4m so it’s an improvement yes ? We still get the 10% overall anyway.

So I was wrong on a previous Post saying we had conceded ground. The MoU represents a better deal than previous doesn’t it ??
