If there was a takeover, why would any company buy this? the companies profits are dwindling and they are in trouble from what I can tell. I hope someone does buy them as I got in at 56p and am making a big loss as well!

Has any one heard of any more bid news? I am just about to cut my losses! :(

But this SP is just rising and rising dont get me wrong im not complaining. I just want to know hat people think the price will rise to? Like i said before im new to shares and have invested a small aount on this one so would like some advise wether to hold on to these for a longer time. thanks

Can anyone give me some advice. I am very nwe to shares and have bought into this one at a high price and am losing quite a bit of money. Can any one give me some advice wether to cut my losses or hold on this one? If it is a hold is there any reason why I should hold, any good news to come etc?

Same, I have five holdings. JSG and NRK have put me into the red. Problem I have got at the moment is how long to hold a stock as im new I just dont know and cant really work out what is regarded as a long term hold.

There are a load of sells going through today and hardly any buys. The price has just droped since the bid rumour. One would think that more people would buy in if there was any substance to the rumour?

I called Astek direct and the receptionist put me through to a lady called Felicity Andres(Edwards) cant remember her surname. Any way I asked her if they were re-listing and time scales. She said that she believes that they are going to be re-listed however it is jsut taking some time and is the normal procedure. I dont knwo if this is the normal length it takes as I have never been involved in a reverse takeover, any one esle on here have any info or and advice?

I thought reverse takeovers were meant to be quicker than the usual method of listing on a market. (IPO) I have quite a bit of shares in this one, any one know where this might be heading? Does any one know of the company that Astek is in talks with? Sorry for all the questions, Im jsut a little nervous I guess....
