Hi Gervais, What makes you say that there is good news ahead? any info on this would be much appreciated? Ive lost quite a bit with Astek so far, I bought in at 3p a while ago and was hoping the takeover would increase the value of the shares.

Any one else have these shares? I cant seem to sell mine. My online broker says that i still have no holdings. I called them up and they said I cant get a live price???? any one else having this problem??

Hi Gervais, I've been calling Astek's Marketing company and all I have got from them recently is that it is due back to market but they cant give out any time frame. They did say that the other company would have a larger market cap. Any ideas of who the reverse takeover is with???

Hi there, Ive lowered my average down to around the 38p mark.....with some heavy buying in the drops. Now jsut praying this picks up enough for me to retunr some sort of profit! hope its going well for you! Do you think the SP will bounce soon?

Many thanks. I have contacted their advisors only to be told that it is proceeding and all info will be amde available via the AIM in due course. Having held these shares since the day of the suspension, I was begning to wonder if this was ever going to relist. Surely they would have named the company taking over by now? Have you had any expreience with reerse takeovers before? Im relatively new to Shares so this one scared me a little, untill i did my research, but it is now taking a long time to relist.

Guys im still here, just about :) Still holding. I didnt sell half but i did lower my average. (If I sold the extra shares they would return some profit and cut my deficit, so Im waiting till the end of today and then may pull out all togeather. How you guys holding up?

okay, if this company was shot someone certainly doesnt think so.....

I see my stop loss hasnt kicked in yet......which im happy about. Hopefully JSG can pull through and return the SP to its original value. I know this is a LONG wait though!

Ive just set a stop loss as im off out in a while. Hopefully it wont kick in and when i get back the price has risen some more :) I couldnt average down as I had already used up most of my capital in this stock and others.

Thanks again. I was hoping for some sort of takeover news to filter through from the rumours a few weeks ago. But nothing came from it. I may wait a bit. If this drops to 39p I will get out as thats the max I am willing to lose on this. Thanks for the advice, I am a novice at shares so any help is greatly appreciated.

thanks for that. I unfortunately got in near 50p!!! So Im in loss. I just done know wether to cut losses now or wait for any revival.

Loads of automatic trades going through. Any one have any idea why the sharp rise? Is this related to any news or just day traders trying to make a a quick buck?

Ever since there was a slight rumour of a bid the SP rocketed and then no news what so ever. Ususlly iif bid news comes in and the SP rises quickly most companies suspend their shares on the AIM and confirm the takeover. IT hasnt happended with JSG.

What is the general view on this board with regard to the SP. I bought in high and have been stung by this one im praying that it gets bought out but cant see it personaly. What do you guys think the price will be by the ned of the week?

Tree Shaking to loosen up some shares? Why would they do that? Is there any more news on the bid?
