No Halespur ... the $30M is essentially a loan for the lifetime of the mine. The repayment will be 1.175% of Sales for 2020 and 2021 followed by 1.45% from 2022 for the life of the mine and is subject to a gross revenue floor.

The $35M is a CLN with a strike price of 17p (130%) of the weighted 10 day average SP - does anyone see that as conveniently round ? There are options to buy back 50% to reduce dilution

I am not very bothered about dilution (an irritating fact of business) and the maximum shares is essentially fixed by the conversion limit (if I read Picklers comment correctly) to 51p.

In the end, out of a choice between Dumb and Dumber, the only change will be the dumb dude in the white house.... the US political paralysis will remain

Big winner will be China, who Obama ignored and they took that as licence to aggressively expand influence. The economic rise of China will grow irrespective of who sits in the white house, just (in my view) faster with Biden.

It is the growing realisation that large Lithium storage carries uncontrollable risk that will drive a bigger VFRB expansion in the USA (and not before time)... and that is what we should focus on ... not the current sound-bite clown sitting in the oval office surrounded by clueless sycophants
