good RNS .. clear, progress, but I am waiting until it is clear how the financing for Phase 2 will be structured. I do think there is a good future, but a slow road the rate they are going

Simple doc, perfectly clear:

Vametco Phase 3 expansion ($24m) => production increase to 4,200 mtv
Vanchem Phase 1 refurb ($20.3m) => production increase to 2,600 mtv

So taking us to 6,800 mtv. Current group guidance is 3,660 to 3,950 mtv this year - So a good 80% higher production than the likely group output this year.

The rest will be spent on clearing existing debt and the first Duferco payment

On the RNS, at the bottom it said "A copy of the Notice of the Meeting and Circular have been posted, a copy of the documents will also be available for viewing on Bushveld's website at www.bushveldminerals.com".

I don't see anything yet, but it is not that obvious where such documents would be.

No idea Lindon .. and interesting but a 484p doc... I am no international legal eagle..... but last year there was much debate, and the view of posters (who said they knew) was that AIM is fine, but SETs must be used - now that may of course be a UK market requirement.

So when FM has spoken about JSE and been asked about moving to the main board, not once did he say 'yes we have to do that as it is a requirement' . In fact he has been very careful no to say anything bout having to move off AIM

So we wait and see.

As for leaving AIM and going entirely to JSE, I cannot see that at all. That would require (I believe) a 75% vote in favour. I recon, collectively our PI block owns a good 40%, so unless I was offered some ridiculous price, I would vote no as I would expect many to do

Lindon... I believe that is incorrect and joint on AIM is possible.... but I would be absolutely delighted if not ... sooner we get off AIM the better

Today's RNS is just one of the reasons I invested in TILS ... I did not invest for anything to do with Covid ... but test work on fast-track Covid stuff is a very useful way to fast track delivery systems and research.

JSE listing is an irrelevance to us. Anyone thinking it will make a jot of difference to UK board SP is not paying attention.

JSE is to allow SA investors access to the cookie jar (and really probably a relatively small number of connected investors and funds).

Moving off AIM is what I want to know
