If memory serves, the nameplate capacity of Vametco is around 5,000 max with a sustained rate around the 4,400-4,600 when all works done.
For Vanchem I think a little less when all 3 kilns in operation. A total sustained rate circa 8,400-8,600 is when I think we end up. However, the Orion funding does not include the 3rd Kiln and some other works, but gets ups to circa 6,000-6,400 (about 50% more than current rate). The rest is expected to be funded out of operational cash flows.
Details may vary a little, but current funding puts ups around the 6-6.5K range in 2-3 years and 8.5k range perhaps another 18 months ...
All depends a bit and one thing FM did make clear in the recent interviews was keeping production levels growing at a sustainable level. In once sense, the absolute numbers are not that important - just that it is growing at a solid rate of increased profitability, lowering costs and increased diversity of income streams
