The 45% stage IDC have in the Electrolyte Plant - does anyone actually know how it is structured. The reason I ask is their webenair the other day they very specifically said 'we do not take stakes - we loan money and expect just to get it back'

So is the 45% notional in that they hand it back on repayment, or do they actually have a 45% full ownership stake ?

as already stated by FM @Hinza .. develop to a point that the effort and value can be realised for us (the shareholders). If you think that a tiny coal project in development off Madagascar is what is dragging us down then IMO you are plain wrong.

The market ascribes no value to Lemur, Mokopane or BE .. or indeed the shareholding in Afritin (which keeps rising in value)

I don't subscribe to the view there is a huge overhang caused by CLN's from Orion - we are depressed as out of fashion and the oft repeated BE promise is taking rather longer than anyone either thought or hoped.... but it is far from a non-starter, rather only just starting to gain traction
