Bang on ... Remember RedT and its mythical pipeline of over 200 enquiries ...

Given what is being built, has been (or is about to be) commissioned then I have no doubt VFRB will grow enormously. The advantages over Lithium are just to many over a long period of time.

But proving out, examples etc are needed. When RedT did a huge fundraise what they did not do was build a significant system, install it for free and use it to demonstrate .. instead paying large bonuses and p155ing the dosh away.

The Electrolyte plant slower timing is I think a direct result of MN understanding how long it would take for traction outside China to really get going. There are a number of Invinity projects in development for commission during this year - these are extremely valuable to give a measure of early performance. Despite the slow plant development, full operational capability of summer 22 looks timed to be about right really.

Don't forget - every gram of Vanadium can be sold at least twice over into steel... still all very good

Approx 5.5 mtv per MW-h .... however, there have been some optimisations and there will likely be more .... an approximation in the future of circa 5mtv/MW-h would be a reasonable and easy calc

Nice one @Sometam67 ... only thing I felt did not get emphasised really was that a Lithium fire cannot be put out.... If a large factory or storage site goes up - it will be massive and for days and may well mean a large scale evacuation due to the toxic fumes.

I live far the other side of the proposed Coventry site, but not so far that I would not be rather worried if the wind was from the NW !

Afa is perfectly capable of defending himself (if he can be bothered), but as for your comment 'including Alfa', utterly laughable. He (and few others) went to visit the plant in SA in 2019, has been to several Vanitec and other forum symposia, repeatedly met many of the few players in the industry (both inside and outside Bushveld).

I rather feel he (and some others) have considerably more knowledge than I have, somewhat more insight and a rather better handle on the wider picture dynamic.

Your campaign for 'better comms' without actually defining what that means is a case in point. Whilst I think Bushveld could be clearer, and has certainly been clumsy in the past at times, it is developing from a small miner to a world class player. The recent output shows that message has been heard and I rather think will improve (not least on a move to main board which has tighter requirements).
