You make an excellent point BBN .... worth remembering that Solitz stake is in Vametco and not the Bushveld operations. The expansion costs carry an apportionment which may be via cash payment or a discounting of value (as I think NickD was alluding to. There is a limit to what their stake is worth and there remains the possibility of a reduction in Vanadium pricing, unforeseen plant costs etc. It is not a straight calculation and although I see the $13.5m you put a nice figure I was rather expecting it to be more and with some future royalty/revenue payments for 2/3 years. As I said last night, I am a tad surprised the frame of the deal was not already agreed - I wonder what has changed in a month to make everyone review more

it is ... but the recent rns's and fund raise had a number of uses. One was to simplify the corporate structure. The only simplification tgat is not essentially a minor tweak is to buy out Solijz. When the fund raise (aka big share issue) was done I had rather expected as is FMs way to have the ducks in a row. Either this was not the case, Solijz changed their minds or there is a far bigger orchestration going on. Cant see no 1, No 2 a possibility but really ones word should be enough if you expect to buld partnerships in the future. That leaves 3... a far bigger story..... all good as far as I am concerned
