@Endion - Others (notably NickD who is an accountant) have explained this is unlikely as valuation will be more based on actual cash flows and long term projections (using paradoxically a lower Vanadium price like the brokers do). I am still of the opinion that an framework was agreed weeks ago (hence the finance raised), but timing seems to matter for some reason we can't see yet.... and there is that tantalising slip from meyers using '69' not 59% so it may be that the deal only involves some of their holding

Past reaction to great RNS news has usually been very muted and somewhat delayed.... I liken it to rolling the paper up and smacking someone�s head to wake them up .. then after a nice coffee they react .. a little ... Lets just remember, we are around +180% up since the beginning of the year and somewhere between 100-200% up from here to the end of the year very likely ....

fair point but I must admit I did rather expect the very positive webenar to have some effect - the story was not really Bushveld, but that mid to long term growth of Vanadium usage and pricing is as fair cast in stone as it gets .. oh, and Bushveld have one of the 3 worldwide resources and highest grade available with expansion plans ..... it is Aim and risk taking is allowed... just seems a low risk really

Nice to see they did a lot of work copy and pasting FM's slides ... aside from uping the target by 1p, ddoes anyone see any actual analysis or value add from them ? Could be they did the slides and FM used them, but FM was very upbeat. The Webenair seemed a lot about 'invest here as the growth potential is huge - just look at the market'. Then a few days later JM comes out with a stupid number. Just picking up on earlier points ... it does help us in the Soljz negotiation perhaps ....
