no huge dump Nickel_Investor .... an off books transfer (simply reported as such)... if your frightened to invest then have a look at the Bushveld Perspective and the posts of NichD, AlphaComp, Pdub, BigBiteNow and many more ... all the talk is fundamentals and cash generation. The current SP is a fraction of fair value - only a matter of time until the market wakes up. If on the other hand you are waiting to see if another warrant holder comes along and the SP trickles down further then a day trader your are ... Fair value is 70+, so frankly 2/3p either side of the Current SP matters not a jot

the problem with BEE is its not about empowerment, but the enrichment of a new upper class of anointed appointees... now if BEE meant ownership (say on a state wealth fund), so that a share of profit and economic wealth was distributed in spending returns that makes sense .. but if its anywhere much north of the rate now or is not settled and firm for many years (binding) then forget $100B inward investment
