it is remarkable how my amateur investors base their decisions on what they read in financial press ... as the DM article shows, they are written by hacks who have absolutely no idea what they are looking at.

just an observation on the ARC note ...P4 has a sum of parts valuation ... can argue about the relevant discount rates all day but three things strike me:

1. There is a value for Lemur (not seen that before)
2. There is no value for BE (but I am guessing that will change by early next year)
3. The ownership % of Afritin is wrong at 17.5% .. There is no adjustment for the recent fund raise - should be 10% now (not that it would make any real difference ... but again .. its about accuracy from supposed insiders ...)

I expect a revised ARC note in the near future ... the SP is already past their revised target and even a basic look at numbers (BBN has done a lot recently), we are looking at an EBITDA of circa 200M next year.

In a sense, I feel for any broker .. exceptional times, market conditions and growth are very hard to make a refined sense of numbers... pretty well any broker would struggle. It is one reason I am not that interested in much they say.

Forgive my ignorance, but how do you infer the recovery rate ? Am I just being dense that more input of lower grade could have resulted in the outputs achieved of Vanadium ? (as you can tell.. not a miner)
