I have long thought the Mokopane licence was tied up to the mining charter in some way .. after all, if the licence was granted and then the charter somehow changed ownership (BEE) guides it would be too late. I thought back in April that we will get the licence when the charter goes through ... and it has been gazetted .. not sure if fully law yet, but can't be far off
