Just to add that the previous RedT CEO (Scott McGregor) went to Ozz for some event or other at this uni and came up with the deal. It happens top be his old university (if recall the posts at the time right) and no financial info was given.. a bit of alma-mater going on.

Rather seemed to suit both parties .. one trying to look like it was rolling out systems, one trying to look green ... no idea what actual performance data there is but it was based on their original Gen 2 architecture which was less efficient than the last Gen 3 (but still less than the Invinity system).

Unless we transfer to the FTSE, Lemur is of no consequence at all - it does not really even figure in the sum of parts valuation.

Personally, whilst some renewable trusts/funds may not have the remit to invest in Bushveld while Lemur is owned, the overwhelming majority will be able to ... but I want some value back to the shareholders for the work and risk ... and if that takes another year or more then fine

Just to check .. the latest Annual Report (p54 and P70) give reported shareholding of 16.66m and salary of $340K US .... with a reported salary and share package totalling circa $2.7M (as SWS says)... but also shows the salary up to that was $118K US (ie 100K GBP)... so I had not kept up to date (although it is trivia really as the company has been generating profits and growing)

Never has FM been paid $2.7M ...and if memory serves his salary is 100K (GBP) which even 3 years ago we all thought was low... just compare and contrast with SM at REDT on 350K+ bonuses when never delivering anything.

If that $2.7M includes shares, then FM has (again if may last memory of the shareholder log is right) 10M ish shares .. current value .... anyone ....
