Net debt as reported by the company... AP took over as CEO from 01-Jan-2018; (announced on 18-Dec-17). How much did he raise via placements/warrants over this period? Borrow - place and pay? Anyone can do that.. :) $40m debt if it was quoted, is incorrect!

Mar-17; $5.77m
Mar-18; $25.67m ($26.97m loans/borrowings - $1.3m cash)
Apr-19; $4.95m
Apr-20; $8.25m
Apr-21; $8.20m

$40m is incorrect! :) - competent CEO...

Yep - it looks like derampers are the one who are panicking.. There are some fantastic reasons for the panic..
- Normal trading during the day; and big dump after closing
- 463m additional shares to hit the market; for 0.7p; correct 0.7p
- great work from 55p to 1p (had to round it to make it to 1p)
- 50m shares in issue to 1.5b shares in issue soon.. 96.6% dilution...
- CEO who promises the whole world and doesn't meet his own expectations..
- Great BOD and fabulous communication recently.. that is - Atlas paid, no we didn't.. no more dilution, oops yes we have 200m plus shares to issue..
- all the ducks are lined up.... for a flight to moon...

I am very scared and in panic mode....

I see people here are very intelligent - using deramper's panic as a good sign to buy a stock...
- No need for FUNDAMENTAL analysis
- No need for TECHNICAL analysis
- we have DERAMPER PANIC analysis..
