0.5p or below are on the cards if atlas continues to sell and there is no good news to defend. If there is good news, atlas will sell and hamper the rise…

I repeat, I have no intention to buy vast… GL

Jamesjohn - you come across as scared… trying too hard with the dates.. threshold reached and reported date.. no need to report on 06-jun if they didn’t hold what they reached on 31-may as explained by sandy below. 174m shares was held by atlas fact.

0.5p or less is coming if atlas continue to sell their shares.. 241m issued plus their 4-5% held previously is being sold. Their holding reduced to 174m shares.

Big dump is coming before the pump, if atlas continues to sell…

Fact: Atlas had 174m shares as of 06/06/2022

Assumption: scenario 1; Vast has lined up lot of good news to propel the sp. (Most of the rampers would be super happy if this is true). What would you want as a shareholder, a) atlas to clear and complete offloading now? So that sp can propel when AP releases those good news or b) AP releases good news and Atlas offloads suppressing any potential sp rises? What would you prefer?

Assumption: scenario 2; vast hasn’t lined up those good news. All or most doesn’t come to fruition. Same old nothing new. Atlas dumps and sp goes closer to 0.3p

Assumption: scenario 3; Atlas holds for 6-12 months.. Sp could recover if AP or vast releases decent news. Not sure why would atlas would hold? Atlas holding the shares will be seen as negative for potential new shareholders, fearing “when will atlas sell?” crushing Share price.

I would prefer atlas to offload the 174m shares, Sp goes down.. AP or Vast releases good news, sp recovers..

Every way you look at - share price is going down or negative outlook if atlas holds..

Why should anyone buy, without knowing what could happen? Another master stroke by AP by letting 241m additional shares to atlas.

Atlas needs to exit vast… now or later
Atlas doesn’t care about vast or its other shareholder
Atlas would have shorted the shares before start selling..
Atlas makes money either way
Atlas selling pressure reduced the Share price from 1p to 0.70p
Sooner atlas exits, the better for vast..
Share price may go up, but I expect the share price to go down first…

How do I explain this in simple terms…

Good assets = 70
Good potential = 50
Poor leadership = 0

70 x 50 x 0 = 0

Why scores 0 for leadership.. more than 3 years of failures. Over promised and under delivered.. proof - 96.6% dilution and 98% reduction in share price..

Yes it could do 10 bagger, 100 bagger or even 1000 bagger… or May be more.. because we like it to… lol

But it looks like atlas shares will be dumped.. in which case share price will go down first before it goes up… Critical 2-3 weeks of trading coming up… :)

If atlas continues to hold and if there are no defence via good news from Vast, then by all means below 0.5p.. 0.3p is absolute base I think at least based on previous trading…

Ok, 31-05-22; or 06-06-22 1 week to notify. Agreed, 174m shares as of 31-05-22, are atlas offloading or holding? We will know based on notification. Which is why next couple of weeks trading will indicate sell or hold by atlas based on trading pattern. GL

People looking for a punt - would be better off to wait for a week or 2; sp between 0.4p to 0.55p would be a good punt.. not good to hold this too long.. pump will start at some point.. be clear on your exits.. I have no intention to buy vast with AP at the helm.. GL and hope it works out..

RNS confirmed that ATLAS didn't forward sell... bad news, still offloading..

who do you think would be the most disappointed when AP/VAST allowed Atlas's 241m new shares? Those that took part in placement. They would have thought that ATLAS was done and the base of 0.7p was created with 463m shares placement. No one expected the 241m shares. If ATLAS has still 174m shares left = still to clear; If I took part in placements, I would sell in the open market below 0.7p to buy in lower. That 174m shares dump is coming - share price doesn't go up when selling pressure builds.. people will be selling!

Some of the share holders who took part in the recent placement - probably knew some of the developments for parting with their cash. Everyone was surprised with Atlas move including VAST. Those shareholders probably would have had a go at AP/VAST for letting that 241m shares placement for $800k

What do I expect?? 1st part of 0.7p placement is done and dusted.. Every who denied had an humble pie earlier today. This fall is not done, unless AP spins out more news to increase the buying pressure. or "0.5p or less is on the cards"
