Based on 15-Jun RNS, that’s 8 working days before everything was “on-track” and was confident of signing the umbrella agreement. Either something had gone wrong (significantly since then) which I don’t believe is the case or the 15-Jun RNS was incorrect.

As I said, if this umbrella agreement not signed satisfying MoM needs then HAA doesn’t deserve to continue.

I believe HAA will get this done. But anything else, time for HAA to leave..

Chasf - Kefi and HAA had more than 6 months to clear this mess. This is the last saga. If you look back, HAA had been working on this for the last 5 years - anyone decent would have sorted this out along time ago. HAA started taking this seriously when MoM threatened to seize the licence.

Yes we had various issues along the way, but HAA had more than enough time.

Let’s hope for the best.

If HAA gets it sorted by 30-jun-22 and no major drama.. all well and good. But if he fails to get the umbrella agreement signed by 30-jun-22, he must go. There is no 2 ways about it. GL

Usually there is a pump after the placements.. may be plans changed after the unexpected atlas saga.. good luck if it reaches or goes below 0.5p!! :)

HAA and KEFI were suppose to close to clearing this hurdle in Sep-21; just before the security incident. Why has it taken 6 months after state of emergency lifted in Q4 2021? No one can complain that KEFI and HAA didn't have enough time. IMO all responsibility both good and bad is of HAA and KEFI BOD.

Poor show, leaving everything to last min..

Lets see where we end by end of next week.. interesting few sessions coming up!

I shared my logic when atlas had over 200m shares at 0.27p and why expected the sp to test 0.50p.. it is not like a made up BS like 10p by tomorrow, is it?

Didn’t quite reach my prediction but 0.57p from 1p.. at that time I also said bounce may be just above 0.5p due to psychological factors… you could have saved some if you listened :)))

Looking forward to the rerating that AP and AH has been promising for the last 3 years. Pump coming? May be!!! Be sure to exit when the opportunity arises..

Firwood - where did I advice people to sell in the below post?? You sold some at 2-2.25p; what made you to sell vast for that price, when everyone of the rampers were screaming about 10p?

As said before, people's money, choice, gamble, punt, decision, buy, sell, profit, loss... your money and your choice.

share price is 0.62p; lower than 2p or 1.5p or 1p; when I was saying that VAST is not worth that Market cap and gave me that justification. 0.7p on placement SP... my view was "its going down before going up"... its down to 0.62p..

Atlas 153m shares are likely to hit the market - TR1s today meant nothing, when SP closed same as yesterday. For the SP to move up we need news and ATLAS clear the deck.

Share price 0.625p, after all the TR-1.. hope the hyped 3x faster drilling is working well.. :)

Atlas finished selling those 153m yet? Unless we get the confirmation that atlas had gone below 3% threshold - vast share price is going nowhere..

I was massively underwater here until last week, doubled down at .32 which put me slightly over exposed, top sliced yesterday back down to affordable levels to keep myself within the affordability rules.

Atlas have to buy back or VAST get 800k in the bank.
As it stands these forward sold shares are priced in.

30 May 2022 10:23 sp: 0.85p Yes Fantasy, I grabbed 3.75mln at 3.2 which got me to 1.8p, sold a load in the low 2’s Trying to accumulate now by way of trading which was going OK until I wiped out 2 days worth of gains towards the end of last week.

Jamesjohn - sorry one more annoying post…

I wish I could control the stock market. Vast ceo is AP who is running the show…

- 463m shares placed at 0.70p (I predicted 0.7p move based on the info available)
- 241m shares issued to atlas by AP (when everyone thought atlas was removed). Atlas was removed by still hold 174m shares @ 0.29p or around (don’t know the exact conversion figure)
- AP decision to borrow from atlas.. AH called them institutional investors at that time. We have a world class BOD
