Mickthegambler - correct 240m after consolidation to 1.5b or 1.6b shares after all the shares placements. If you are referring to why I am quoting 50m shares in issue, that’s how much the shares were in issue when AP took over as CEO. 30 times more shares or 30 times more dilution.. that’s 96.6% dilution.. no wonder 98% reduction in SP (55p to 1p, being generous here)..

Another big rise or raise? Hope not an another placement.. from 50m shares in issue to over 1.6b shares in issue… if that’s not enough… GL
