muhammed - VAST BOD and AP are the only one who have already brought this company to its knees. Look at the shambles on ATLAS and the communication. Even amateurs would have done a better job.

All the long term holders left vast at 16.02pm when the SP dropped :)

rampers are getting desperate... last time VAST was desperate, it took part with ATLAS..

lets see where we end up over the next few weeks and months.... I am reasonably sure, the traders will be gone by then... or they have become long time holders as many here have been :) more dilution, more top-ups, more ramps with reduced SP prediction :)

do you know the history of the world "imminent"? if you don't know, probably a trader who just jumped in the last few weeks :) If you do, then you won't use that word here in VAST... lol..

Casper - thanks for clarifying that it is an assumption, rather than a statement of fact!!

I could equally assume that ATLAS have a legal right and have not forward sold. Therefore, there is a possibility that ATLAS could pull the SP down to the lowest level possible and screw AP over. In this assumption, VAST leadership will look like stupid and the recent people who took part in placings at 0.7p won't be happy anymore.. All of this are just assumptions, based on 1 scenario.

Casper - how do you know for 100% that ATLAS and forward sold 241M shares? Your statement of fact is incorrect. Are you speculating???

steward - Scenario 2 is not priced in, if atlas has not forward sold. With the bad blood between VAST and ATLAS - atlas would want to do maximum damage. That will last for a while...

Let me try to explain.. Imagine, VAST are forced to issue (one of the scenarios and atlas not forward sold). Atlas will short vast and continue selling, taking the SP below 0.7p; How would VAST or AP look if ATLAS drags the price below 0.7p? I expect chaos. I am not saying this is exactly what would happen. In this scenarios, it is not priced in the current SP. GL

Chadvines - payday loan sharks still out their operating... everyone knows it is bad.. intention is to avoid, but they don't and sometimes they can't. if in any doubt, ask AP. :)

SP movement over the last few days had given an indication where this is going.... what are the scenarios?

1)AP fends off atlas and doesn't issue additional shares.
- Assuming atlas forward sold, they need to buy back in the market. We can expect a spike until atlas covers itself off
- If Atlas hasn't forward sold, then atlas don't have to buy in the market. Share price move towards placement price which is 0.7p
2) If AP couldn't fend off Atlas and had to issue further shares.
- If atlas forward sold, then they can cover with recently issued shares. Additional dilution but no further damage to SP.
- If atlas hasn't forward sold, then they can sell in the market. This will dilute further and damage the SP. But VAST has additional cash as a positive.

Steward - why did AP deal with ATLAS in the 1st place?? Most here knew exactly what will happen to the share price when atlas deal was done.. unfortunately it turned out bad for both vast and its share holders. Who should be held accountable for this mess?

Who wants to do business with an outfit who have very questionable practices? They need to be very careful. Saying one thing and doing another... attempting to convert a bond when it's being repaid... very, very dodgy!"

1p? Just about… share price movements are giving you an indication where this is going…. Gravitational pull towards 0.7p placement price…

AP doesn’t know how to communicate with ATLAS
AP doesn’t know where he stands after ATLAS claims…
