SB1964 - hope you are well.. What you make of the current status of TK finance and the delays we have had so far? :) I know you have some working knowledge of how finance works and hence seeking to understand your views.. thanks

1plus1 - kefi and HAA had been faffing about funding for the last 5-6 years… not just the last 3 years..

Some facts from RNS below.. If State of Emergency was lifted in Dec-2021; its 3 years or almost 3 years in Dec-21 (closer to your claim of 2 yeaars)

1plus1 - where did i say that I could have done better job than HAA? If the shareholders got rid of HAA 3 years, I am reasonably convinced someone else would have done a better job and we would have been in a better shape by now.

As I said, lets see if HAA gets the finance by 31-Dec or he finds other reasons for further delays?

If finance is as nailed on as you claim, lets not dispose off SA assets.. we can raise funds after TK finance…

Why did HAA delay for additional equity & more funds? If he had executed it as planned then no need to divest SA. We would have been in better position to raise funds. SA is asset value could be significantly bigger than Ethiopia’s TK and yet he chose to divest SA (safer region and funds being available relative to Ethiopia).

Let see if the finance gets sorted by Dec-24 or we wait for TW to tip kefi again for Christmas 2025. 😊

First it was "as soon as we get finance sorted this will rerate"..... finance now approved and nothing

If HAA/KEFI wants to sell the Saudi Arabia assets - they will delay the finance; sell the assets and then sort the finance. If they sort the finance in this quarter, then the share price will be higher. Kefi/HAA can then raise some funds for SA. The biggest question I have is - will TK finance sorted by 31-Dec or they are brewing an another delay?

If Kefi and HAA had sorted the Ethiopia finance by now - the share price would have been higher and would have been easier to place and keep the saudi arabia share.. But if you keep kicking the can down, this is what happens.. :)

DVH - how many presentations, videos, podcasts that KEFI and HAA had done over the last 10 years.. plenty.. Every time we have one of the videos or presentations - we are all excited.. but when it comes to the RNS, we are all disappointed or not happy that the finance is still not sorted.. Lot of faffs and no delivery yet - thats how I see and thats how market views.. HAA and KEFI needs to close this out by end of Dec or sack HAA. Equally if HAA doesn't deliver, TW can shut up.

I wouldn't surprised with this lot anymore... they have diluted this for the last 10 years and continue to dilute... It is really frustrating with KEFI and HAA.. We would have made a lot of sense, if we had kicked out HAA in 2020..

Have been seeing or hearing similar message for over 5 years now Simms.. You may be correct 1 day... lets see if this is Oct-24, Nov-24 or some other month or year..
