Apologies, achieved a few things to keep kicking the can down the road and everyone amused in the process. Haven’t achieved the end goal of sorting the finance, building a mine and production. Everything else is a side show.

People need to look at last 10 years of Kefi rns to see the nonsense HAA has delivered…

Rob - your BS master is useless. Tell him when you meet him next? People not myself are stupid to top up over the last 4 years when HAA diluted this by over 90% during the same period. BS consolidated not long ago and will have to consolidate - rinse and repeat.. GL

Wakey - personally for me, waiting for everything (all ratifications, etc) to be sorted and finance closed. Funds are accessible to kefi - until that time, its not done. I have heard everything before.

I can believe this when HAA fully delivers this. Still waiting.

DVH - every 6 months kefi and HAA had repeating the same thing dor the last 3 years after the state of emergency was stopped. HAA is useless and must go? Until HAA in the job, this is his lifestyle company? I can’t see him deliver anything meaningful.. GL

With 60 employees in kefi - probably 80% of wages are spent on 4 or 5 people.. :) HAA loves kefi... whats the meaning of kefi? :)

If the TK finance is not closed in Q1 or early Q2 + waiting for proving the licence, then expect more placement from our CEO.. :)

DVH - I haven't taken most of the RNS from HAA seriously at all... given his track record.. :)

Does anyone know the latest commitments from Kefi and our beloved CEO HAA for completing the TK financing agreement? Thanks

That’s the slippery slope we have experienced over the years with our lifestyle CEO? That’s our intention but the reality is we will place as we see it fit. Go back to all his lies and interviews of the past to understand his intentions? 🙂

Qnard - I haven’t suggested or will never suggest anyone for illegal activity. If it was not for one of the ministers pressure to make progress with our licence, Kefi and HAA wouldn’t have acted. We would have been significantly behind. I am waiting to see, after many promises when will BS master Harry deliver anything meaningful. GL

Rob - it is not the Ethiopians or Govt or Banks thats letting kefi down. Everyone is pulling together to get this going. Remember the mining minster threatening to stop kefi’s license few years ago? All wanted this to happen.

HAA and his bod of directors are dragging their feet. Banks approved everything and what happened next? Kefi and BOD used the tactics of oh I wanted a bit more money, which then led to delays and banks wanting to due their DD again or at least revise it. HAA is milking every bit before he lets it go? HAA has similar history.

When the finance deal is done, HAA will get sacked or he will respectfully leave, IMO.

Ignore all this licenses... focus on 1 thing - TK finance.. Kefi and HAA are good at distracting people and delivering nothing.
