Rob - told this before. Amount being changed to kick the can down the road and that suits HAA agenda. No need for additional funds. Should have raised the finance as per originally approved and raised the rest. If you keep kicking the can down the road and delay it, yes you need to redo again, but blame it on yourself HAA for poor decison making.. or in this case decision to continue HAA lifestyle?

HAA and kefi will deliver nothing by 31-Dec-24… he has fooled people again with the placement and he has lined up his pockets nicely? This is a lifestyle company for HAA?

Probably few rampers here are paid by the company? TW had been paid by his services to recommend stock of “double or triple by xmas” nonsense? And TW had recommended kefi 3 years in row if not longer?

Time to get rid of HAA?

Rob - Kefi or HAA are or will not be delivering anything by 31-Dec-24? What has changed in the last few weeks.. No nothing really. Except for lies? HAA is useless and KEFI is a lifestyle company for Harry - he will continue to kick the can down the road as he has done for the last 3 years. I would love to see him booted out..

I think KEFI (if they are any good); to go to source, send a legal letter and sort it out the mess... HAA did a similar thing when one of the mininster 3-4 years claimed that license will be pulled from Kefi.. But Kefi disputed.. In actual fact, there was a govt official letter stating that the licence will be cancelled if kefi doesn't solve the issue. Which was then RNSed and aligned next steps with the govt.

I am of the opinion that if there was no threat from the govt at that time, I am damn sure HAA/KEFI would have made ZERO progress... at least with all the money they have spent, they are claiming that the finance is close.. lets see what HAA and KEFI delivers by the end of Dec.

I for one will be voting against the resolution. GL

Stebo - I hear what you are saying... you don't know whether HAA or KEFI will deliver anything meaningful or lining up their own pockets..

Based on recent events..

- we don;t want to dilute; we will sell Saudi assets

- we will dilute... keep the lights on.. by the way we have new licences (you have done nothing with it over the last 10 years)

- new licence; with new carrot I can raise more... from these morons.. (is how HAA is thinking)

Over the last 2 years he has raised more than the current market cap.. Scandalous? is what comes to mind...

I understand that KEFI is not a SCAM.. but it feels like one for people who had been invested for a long time? :) I think the problem here had always been HAA and his inability to deliver.

Robjm66 - for the amount of time you spend on Kefi, I always wondered if you were a shareholder or employee of Kefi? :) Glad you are a shareholder and support HAA...

I am a shareholder of KEFI but don't support HAA any more... I hope he delivers the funding thats been due for many years.. If he cannot deliver the funding by end of the year (31-Dec-24); it is in the best interest of him to leave or shareholders should vote him out.. had enough of him :)

What has changed after all the edison reports? please see there was plenty of reports that we released before with various valuations.. all a pipedream, until HAA pull his finger and delivers something... or if he resigns..

All of the large trades last week and the week before were all sells - clearing the decks for placement.. we will see more of the placement shares hit the market.. more short term pain...

forget the new licences for now - the licence we have had for many years, haven't been put to use just yet.. let alone the new one.. its showbiz for HAA...

TK was supposed to be cash generative with $1200 / oz gold price, with gold price more than double - HAA still faffing about it without any progress... Shambles..
