Why does it say final approval and in brackets “conditional”? I thought once the final approval is done, all conditions were met and it becomes unconditional? Can someone please explain? 🙏🏾

Does KEFI or its BOD has the authority to extend the warrants or do they need to come to the shareholders for the same? does anyone know?

Initially the key was the 1st bank - when the 1st bank is approved, everyone else follows.. is what we were told... :)

Now we have waited for how long for the 2nd bank.. it is incredible..

SB - thanks for your previous reply... I agree with you.. Just can't win with KEFI or HAA... Almost end of April and we don't have any updates yet.. and HAA will talk about annual rainy season in Ethiopia..

If the DD was concurrent - I am not sure why this is taking as long as it is taking for 2nd bank approval.... anything HAA does, there is always smore and mirrors...

A: That is not correct. Due diligence was concurrent. Formal approvals sequencing is a chain of dominos.

- DD was concurrent. But approvals are sequenced. So why has the 2nd bank so long for formal approval after concurrently completing the DD?

Tommo - the reason for Kefi's share price is slumbering because of it is history... and HAA's poor delivery and failures... kept kicking the can down the road... :)

I think TW for all the support he has offered to Kefi, should use this to oust HAA if he fails again in Jun-24

How many shareholders will support to oust HAA? That is if HAA doesn't get the finance sorted by 30-Jun-24? You have my support if we have enough shareholders to bring this motion :)

SB - probably or may be the 2nd bank has gone (for whatever reason internal or external) and HAA needs to be find an alternative? Our world famous CEO HAA is dragging this as much as he can.

What the triggered, HAA's action in Ethiopia? Minister of Mines threatened to pull the licence. Thats when HAA truly acted. Until then it is all waffle as he is doing today.

RAB tried to.. but couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel.. sold and moved on.

Until the shareholders demand answers from HAA or demand him to quit if finance is not sorted by Jun-24, I can't see much in KEFI... look at where the SP is, people are so fed up they are selling below the last placement price.. incredible. HAA must go, if he can't sort out the finance by Jun-24

5candles - have you heard about RAB? One of the institutional investor, had a member on KEFI board.. last year, they sold kefi shares, took the money and ran away... :) HAA probably told them, if you don't like what you see - you can sell and move on.. :)

I don't think a take over is on the cards... if that was the intention, would have been easier to be involved in the fundraise from HAA or kefi. Even if they missed the boat, kefi will do plenty and can get involved. So I think "takeover" theory is nonsense. :)

SB - if HAA doesn't get this over the line by Jun-24, he should go... shareholders needs demand TK finance delivery from HAA.. He is a joke.. :)

Rob - please don't insult Musk comparing it to HAA... please.. Gold price has more than double since the inception of TK at KEFI.. and still can't get the financing over the line.. Large orders are nothing but placement clearance... :)

Well we shall see.... gold price will be higher.. but KEFI and HAA are screwing this up..
