Here is the question I have for KEFi shareholders.. the only question.

- in the last 12 months, when did you expect finance?

- what will you do, if HAA or KEFi delays the finance by another quarter?

HAA knew all well SA sale funds wouldn’t be available anytime soon. So why did he start SA sale process? To distract everyone for a period taking away the focus from TK finance delays.

HAA is a master of BS and spins different stories to keep his salary coming in? He is a disgrace and consider until for leading any company? Therefore must go?

Let me tell you, what is likely to happen?

- finance delayed by another quarter? This is how HAA does it after getting the funds from placement. One quarter at a time.

- likely to quote rainy season for delays.

- few new people on the BB keeping everyone entertained and reasoning how close financing is?

The same script which had been in play for the last 3 years?

Ok understand for balancing the books - which was many times in the last 2 years in the name of financing. But the finance never arrived.

Secondly if you as CEO knew this, why did you stop SA asset sale? And why did you lie to market of alternative credits being available to cover expenses until finance?

Giving false information and hope?

Anyone thinking that the money has been raised to develop any of the assets... :) he is lining up his own pockets... Lets all hope that the finance is closed by 30-Jun-25 (had been due for the last 2 years and made few placements on the back of finance closure) and not that dreaded rainy season nonsense and further delays (which comes in RNSs without fail every year).

Stebo - thats an interesting statement... about who runs KEFI... Not sure what makes you say that with certain level of confidence unless you are one of the insiders from KEFI? Just asking.. everyone thinks they are indispensable, until they are not... Can you tell the BS master to vacate the place - please.. (I am polite you see.. )

Stebo - appreciate your views about HAA.. as you say, each of us have our own views based on how long we have been involved, what was promised and what was delivered....

If newbies are feeling like this, its fair enough based on the last year or 2. But this had been the case over the last 10 years with HAA.

Stebo - over the last 10 years... our CEO had been useless to say the least... time to go... had enough.. over promise, under deliver and more placements... Not bashing really - facts... I can post all the promises made and all the delivery.

Pumped and dumped for sure.. forward sold over the last couple of weeks... with all the positive news + ratification + podcast = placement... always the case with KEFI... when you thought this time it is different, it is not until you see it in RNS.. :)

Stebo - factor in sacking of HAA.... and what that will do to the share price... currently significant discount to share price as HAA as CEO.. :)

I had lost the trust on HAA a while ago.. Yesterday was another smack on the face for long term shareholders..

Good assets but poor leadership. I don't mind losing out - but would like to see the back of HAA very soon.

Sharezy - that stake had been reducing significantly over the last 2-3 years... in the name of cutting the last juicy bit, which really haven't been the last cut.. HAA had been squeezing every bit of juice left... :)

Rob - lol… placement one last ever? You have been telling the same old nonsense for the last 3 years - similar to your Bs master.
