MF2017 - my only expectation is that TK finance to be closed by 30-Jun-25. If HAA is unable to achieve it, even if it is last stage (although it felt we are 1 step away for the last 2-3 years); he can vacate the place and leave KEFI. We will hear about rainy season and the rest..

Stebo - please do what you have to do.. but don't get me started with $1250 vs current $3300 / oz... shows how poorly HAA and KEFI had been to get this finance sorted with over 2.5 folds increase in gold price. I call it incompetence and some call it resilience.. GL

I would take the institutional investors as a positive. Although each of them may not be beyond the 3% threshold for a TR-1 notification. Downside to that is, we will not be notified when they exit KEFI. At this stage of KEFI's evolution, not just 1 but few of them getting onboard KEFI is a positive. RAB sold back in 2023 due to various delays (sold between 0.7 to 1p range), but would be pleased to back at 0.55p..

I can understand some may have a sceptical view - but the delivery from HAA and KEFI doesn't change. Deliver finance by 30-Jun-25.

I thought you could have bought it at placement price today... HAA and his board of directors had been over promise and under delivery so far.. if there is one thing that need to change is HAA and Kefi's board of directors delivery. Deliver TK finance, until then for goodness - keep your mouth closed and get on with the job. Please.

RAB started reducing their 7% holding in May-23 to 0% in Oct-23.

Rab were unhappy with various delays. If RAB is back, then its likely from the latest placement. If they had bought back, I would assume good news around the corner. GL
