Opportunistic - I have listened to one too many podcasts from Kefi and HAA. I don’t need explanations and BS in podcasts. He can’t keep up with what he tell his shareholders in a RNS. Let alone all the BS he spouts in a webinar.

I request you to listen to the last 2 years of podcasts and tell me what he has delivered against what he has said in the podcasts?

Mithrel - HAA either knew the plant certification needs before or he didn’t.

If he knew - he should have told the shareholders outlining the new timing before or after the AFC ratification. I as a shareholder expect to know what the timeline looks like.

If he didn’t know before - I would classify it as incompetent.

What are all the outstanding steps before the TK finance? Everytime we hear of delays - we hear something new that the shareholders are not aware of. HAA is good at drip feeding the info. Keeping everyone in dark and milk Kefi for his own benefits. GL

What has been achieved? None so far. We have made progress but haven’t achieved anything just yet. Don’t confuse progress vs achievements. We are no where close to calling Kefi’s delivery an “achievement”. 🤣

Progress is ongoing — it's the movement toward a goal.

Achievement is the endpoint — it's when a goal is reached.

Can someone explain in simple words - what changed in Kefi over the last 6 months? From Mar-25 TK finance delivery to Jun-25; and now Aug-25 and may be Sep-25? Plant certifications should have been part of the critical path? So what changed?

Why Kefi requires another $5-10m? That’s what a 6 months delay would typically cost us? So why delay?

I am sure Kefi and HAA should have delivered this before and equally convinced someone with a decent track record in Africa would have achieved this significantly sooner, especially with the gold price of $3300.

HAA dragging this to line up his own pocket which what I have seen over the years.

“KEFI has never been this advanced. Look out also for the analyst report next week. GLA.” - I have seen plenty of analysts report over the last 10 years, to be honest - I don’t care. The only thing I care about is the TK finance. GL

Mithrel - it had been exceptional next 3 months for the last 3 years. HAA failed in the delivery for a long period now. Lets say there is next quarter, what happens when the timing changes to next quarter. Kefi had been 1 quarter away from transformation. I understand your view point but disagree. 🙂

Simms - haa is a joke. To get to 5p you need finance. bS master had been promising for how long?

Once the TK finance is sorted - HAA can leave or I would more than happy to vote him out, if he doesn't deliver TF finance by 30-Jun. My position hasn't changed... can't wait for the TK finance to be sorted by 30-Jun.. :)

Sorry why sign off in Jul/Aug and where did you get that from? it was suppose to be last Jun, last oct, last dec, last Mar-25..... this is supposed to be Jun-25 and not Jul/aug? I know few months delay shouldn't impact, but in KEFI it had been few years of delay already... so few months does matter now..

Does this mean further delays? HAA if you are unable to sign TK finance by June-25 after many delays - it’s time to vacate the seat.

Secret - I have said this many times. HAA and the BOD should stop all the webinars and interviews. Instead they should spend their time in advancing TK finance.

With HAA’s salary what is each hour of his cost? Which is being paid by the shareholders… he is wasting time in my humble opinion.

Can anyone share the reasons for share price falling below the placement price? :) Enlighten me please..

Rob - I know you are a big supporter of HAA and I am at the very opposite end. This time, I am afraid to say that HAA was forced to have it in London. He might have chosen Cyprus or Australia or HongKong or any other destination, if it was his choice. The only way things get done with HAA - when you leave you him with no choice. Remember the minister who held HAA to account for progressing licence and threatened to pull the licence from Kefi? :)

Rob - HAA was forced in to a AGM... if its not an AGM, it would have been an EGM from the rebellious PIs... HAA didn't have a choice this time..

If the finance comes by 30-Jun-25 or just before AGM. or there may be further delays to finance beyond Jul-25 - Based on past performance, I have no clue what to expect from KEFI... however, each of it will have an effect on kefi share price, kefi BOD and HAA. Untenable.

Mibb - kefi’s situation is not related to aim, but to BOD and HAA. How things have caught up with HAA. I have been calling his BS for a while now.

Hopefully haa delivers finance by 30-jun, in 3 weeks time and we are all happy..😃

Rocket - the audacity to take some of the shareholders to court.. I would equally welcome that action from Kefi and HAA.. they have my details and written asked them few questions... :) Equally I will be in London for the AGM or EGM (hopefully to sack the incompetent BOD if the TK finance is not sorted by then, oops I did it again).

"Looking at some posters posting history bad mouthing the company and HA they could easily take then to court. I have sent certain posters history to Kefi. I would be careful if I were them. Good luck all genuine holders"
