how many more EGMs or AGMs required before the catalyst? Every time the same BS before AGM/EGM, need this for growth? where is the growth?

carrefour - cornerstone investor? who are they? Same like our last institutional investor i.e., Bergen? cornerstone investor who took part in placing at 0.135p is already up by 30% in few days... called a cornerstone investor, never know when they will be out... They will make money when the SP goes up and when the goes down at the expense of poor PIs who are at the bottom of this chain..

- 3 or 4 off-takers waiting and can be signed any time? where are they?
- what happened to $1m placement, that hasn't been explained so far? what happened to that fund, where did it go?
- What did AP promise so far? What has AP achieved or delivered so far?
- How many shares did we place under AP so far?
- Got BP licence in Oct'18. If the licence is that important to VAST, why did AP not give its absolute priority and we should have had finance, start-up plan and should have been due for production soon. why?
- how clever was it to bring Bergen? Even amateur or ordinary PI wouldn't deal with Bergen? why go for the death spiral funding? why
- why was telegram set-up?
- and where did the clever posters disappear?? Check the timings of disappearance and VAST share price in a chart.....

Fools - here is the reply which I posted on 20-Jan-19... when someone spoke about rocket and an apparent launch...

we had VAST rocket in launching pad, to take it to the moon.. the only problem was rocket didn't have any fuel.. when tried to launch, it fell off the pad... Commander in chief is blaming the weather for this mishap.. now looking for the next window to launch it.. needs new spare parts to mend the damaged rocket and have placed order for this long lead item.. everyone who came to see the launch, waited for a while, but announcements had been that the launch is coming soon... and only 2 countries can launch for moon and every piece of moon is owned by these 2 countries... they are expecting moon rock to be the next big thing... also if you need to launch to other planets, you need a base and hence needs to go via moon... people are excited about the prospects in solar system, stars and galaxies... you see vast opportunity... launch is coming... people who have waited with lot of patience.. don't know whether to stay or to vacate the place...... whilst we are trying to launch to moon, people still believe we can reach for other planets, stars and conquer the mid-tier of milky way galaxy, if not for the whole of universe... mouth watering prospect..

so far the commander in chief hasn't spoken about lack of fuel... but insists launch is still on... :)

Bergen was not a bad move.. it was an amateurish move.. bad move, damage more than done even before it was corrected... 5 steps backwards and now 1 step forward...

Problem though is - what AP had said in the past? what has he actually delivered? Why do you think, whatever AP utters would happen and SP would fly? why?

Dodge - all of what you said including option 1-6 from last time, was in covered in RNS in details or your assumptions or VAST answered to your queries?

"Still being worked on, Vast still require funds until BP is operational." - what happens to the placement funds which was suppose to provide just that... funds until BP becomes operational..

Dodge - what happened to all the headroom approved last time and one before? Can VAST come out clean and tell what all the previous placements/headrooms were used for?

what happened to off-take? was suppose to cover BP?

AP should stop spending any money on anything other than BP and stop come begging for more.... Absolutely useless, drove VAST share price to the ground and wanted to issue more shares.

Now look at Roy and AP. Who is better??

Got Bergen deal wrong OK, but you couldn't even get date correct 20-Dec-19? laughable. Clever releasing it 6pm? waste more money with a correction RNS on monday!! AP - how incompetent??

yeah it is the BEST news that the company could have delivered.... :) absolutely fabulous news... VAST can soon claim to have 20b shares in issue...... AP can claim openly that he is looking to generate "shareholder value"....... :)

FTB - no i didn’t buy back and I see no reason to buyback. Just holding my original 1/3rd. Wouldn’t be buying any more... waiting for 2p party!:)
