Fools - with all the due respect, people should stop ramping VAST with target SPs IMO. Last time we heard of 2p by xmas, we know what happened... we ended up 0.2p

Let AP and VAST BoD deliver something meaningful to back your SP predictions. Current situation is, vast doesn't have cash and are going through corporate restructuring - 1st of which is selling PP. AP had been misleading with various targets and timings. Let AP deliver something meaningful, I am sure people will get excited again. IMO

-any placements? at what price and how many shares?

Batfink666 - well.. glad he isn’t doing any more podcasts and isn’t mentioning anything about financing deal. Probably he has been found out without much delivery, just talks isn't cutting it anymore. There isn’t much to talk about, there is no funding deals yet – there wouldn’t be one. Without selling assets (i.e., PP and may be other assets in) there is no point in restructuring/financing. IMO. I don’t know about up and running in 3-6months – but personally I am expecting, asset sales, financing deal and placements to bolster the cash position, if VAST is looking at meaningful restructuring. Not an another 6 months and complain on cold weather to start the operation.

Have anyone heard of “there is a method to madness” statement? What we have seen is madness and there was no method to it so far.. Hopefully some common sense prevails to focus on BP and build cash position to start the operation.

- what are the employees in Romania doing, if the mine is put under on care and maintenance?
- previously AP mentioned that 100-150 people working on BP? is that true or another BS?
- what happened to all the 3 or 4 options on table for off-take. when mercuria, incumbent provider refuses to offer you the financing, why would anyone else stump up the money??
- what happened to manaila and the truck? what happened to the money?
- what happened to placement money, from which VAST placed order for long lead time items?
- Can AP reduce his holding from 10% to 5% to reflect the dilution inflicted on VAST shareholders?

I think, it was a great RNS on 28-Mar - what is it called? "restructuring"... Corporate restructuring.. when do you do it - when you spent all your money on non-strategic assets, have no cash.. and no one will lend you any money... thats when you would typically do a corporate restructuring..

RNS dated on 16-Oct-18, when BP licence was issued. "“We intend to publish the start-up works programme in order for shareholders to keep track of the re-start schedule over the coming days and provide regular updates over the course of the next six months as we target initial production from Baita Plai in H1 2019".

Nearly 6 months on, VAST hasn't got a clue what they are doing? Shambles continues...

Look forward to a meaningful RNS, rather than noise from BS podcasts/roadshows.

Castaway - yes, MC is around £11m. If that mid-tier BS comes true (i.e., £250m MC) I will apologize...

I will tell you who owes who an apology. If AP is a decent person, he owes one to all the VAST shareholders now.

So far, there was no apology from him or BOD. Bergen screw up, BS after BS in podcasts and sp from 0.6p to 0.17p. Compare what was promised and what was delivered.
