I ask VAST and AP to deliver and show something. Only that gets delivered ON TIME is placements.

Hi Fools - So AP doesn't care about number of shares as per your below conversation. No he doesn't give damn about how many placements he makes... 8b shares now and soon 10 and 12b shares IMO... AP doesn't care, because his 10% is well and truly protected. Shareholders are being diluted and sure who cares in VAST about shareholders anyway..

Cherryburn - Spot on!! Hands-up if you took part in the placing.... I thought when the whole "corporate restructuring" was announced... it will be

- Selling PP (which is being executed and will be done on 23-Apr)
- off-take agreements (not done yet, but progress being made) and
- some placement (well - timely executed, on 17-Apr)

So bottom line, here is the re-arranged timings and the reality of VAST / AP....

- 17-Apr, Placement..
-23-Apr, GM to sell PP
- Date TBC for off take..

£300k to maintain BP... :) We have made great progress... :)

Castaway - Where have you been? Why AP wants more dilution through warrants - do you know?? AP had more headrooms and dilution through normal routes... AP mates knew when the warrants was not converted last year and the SP went down the pan.

There is a possibility of going above 0.5p and equally the same possibility of VAST going bust.. Welcome to aim! :)

Have been calling VAST that it is expanding too fast and too thin... Spending money on non-strategic assets.. See what happened to VAST? Ran out of cash, went begging few times... and now calling it a corporate restructuring. I call it "SHAMBLES" and an "AMEATUER" CEO.

50% dilution and 70% reduction in share price - VAST performance over the last 16 months - all deals, delivery of results including in that performance.

Hope you are not starting a 2p by xmas slogan again?

vote down warrants, clear it off - no need for further dilution..... :) people can buy now.. buy 1 and get 2 free shares for all 0.5p warrant holder...

Lee - IMO double standard on communication from VAST BoD? To be honest, VAST BoD is a disgrace. Picking and choosing the side and change the story to meet their needs.

Let me give one example - On Zim, last year AP going on podcasts to explain that it is easy to get money out of Zim. But in the latest podcasts, AP chooses to say otherwise. PP was a great asset once and it is no longer one.

I am hopeful that restructuring happens for good... PP done and dusted more or less.. another off-take and make the placements if required and balance the accounts. But what I cannot understand is VAST's BoD and their communication. Have been puzzled over the last 12 months.

if you couldn't take money of Zim from PP, with all the talks about diamonds and revenue.. How will VAST take money of Zim from Diamonds or re-invest the money in Zim? I am making an assumption that VAST produces diamond and makes a profit.

Lee – I don't know what to ask..... so are you saying that all along you knew that VAST was in a complete mess?

Sandyshore - I am not against being positive and everything turning in to diamonds... but after what happened last year with the targets, it looks like a joke putting targets such as 1p when the actual sp is 0.145p.

Batfink - few people think that I don't hold and here to talk it down to get in cheap.... AP knows how many VAST shares I hold.. No plans to buy or sell at the moment.. just a hold for me.
