Oilriches there are many in at far more than 0.8p, Michael Spenser for instance and you can be absolutely sure considering his public refusal of RBD's offer, he will not accept less than his average which stands at just over 3p.

Delt have 3x as many shares in issue as IOG so a 2-1 does have a considerable dilutive effect on IOG's current SP (14p)

Remember IOG are considering an ALL share offer and not cash

This is the 2nd offer in less than 2 months, there is probably a queue forming. Remember the Board reckon assets alone give us a minimum of over 5p

Ivans I got out when Equinor quit. Some over there duck in and out and claim to be LTH . JOG is going to need to raise almost £1billion to develop and produce at GBA, a mammoth task. I may be wrong but think they have bitten off more than they can chew now Equinor are gone.

That stock goes up and down like a yo yo. They are into oil and we are in gas.
Their partner, Equinor ducked out last October and one of their current contractors is under investigation by the SFA for bribery and money Laundering. One of there major holders, Legal and General has reduced holding this week at a loss.

We have Shell and even though our SP has been in the doldrums and admittedly I was concerned about our management style, it is all coming good.

So imo any comparison with Jersey underestimates our position going forward.

As we are seeing North Sea E&P is in a bit of an hiatus. The OGA is postponing annual Licence awards. Partner Petrofac being investigated by SFA onBribery and Money Laundering alegations.

Good try Supercharger, you have a lot too learn. My share holdings as should any serious investor, is between me, my Accountant and HMRC. But to put your mind at rest as it clearly bothers you, do you believe Marstons would issue a Privilege Card to someone who is not a shareholder?

Supercharger golden rule on these boards, never disclose as you never know who is watching. All I will say is my holding is at a level way above the current SP.
